I was able to quickly and easily get an appointment even though it was Sunday afternoon! The doctor was great and professional. She asked me many questions about my signs and symptoms, explained everything to me, properly diagnosed me, and told me treatments. It was a great experience from start to finish. Thank you! Received a call promptly and the doctor listened to my symptoms, then prescribed me the appropriate prescription

They knew what I was calling for yet…

They knew what I was calling for yet they said that they couldn’t help me with it and I needed to see my normal doctor. We hung up within 30 seconds of the phone call starting and they still charge Blue Cross Blue Shield $50. That is a rip off. They should’ve known that they didn’t do this type of stuff before treated through me through a doctor.

The service is good

The service is good, but what about the doctors' visits? My experience was good. We need a little more access to see doctors and prescribe more than just over-the-counter medications.

My therapist listened and provided helpful advice and information about what I've been experiencing. There are occasional (brief) technical glitches with the virtual sessions, but I'm happy with the overall quality of therapy and to be able to connect with a therapist in this way.

I was not feeling well and needed to be seen quickly. My appointment was within 10 minutes of requesting and the clinician was respectful and thorough. When you don’t feel well you appreciate the urgency of getting medications prescribed.

I am grateful to have the Teladoc service. I called the nurse on my lunch hour and let her know about my symptoms. They made an account for me and gave me advice. I went home after work and decided to call Teladoc to see if they were still open. They were!! Dr. Called me within minutes and gave me advice, answered my questions and sent in a script to my pharmacy that I picked up the next day! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨
