I live in a medical care desert and it's nearly impossible to find a primary care physician, so I turned to Teladoc. I was skeptical at first, but after more than a year, I am still very happy with my PCP at Teladoc. He is accessible and thorough and seems to really care. I would definitely recommend Teladoc and specifically Dr. Michael Wray.

Dr Crayton was extremely nice, considered and kind. Session was fast and she called the prescription in for me all while on vacation. She helped me to enjoy the rest of my vacation 😌

DO NOT CALL IF YOUR OVER 60 AND HAVE A UTI

The Dr was helpful although he was not able to give me antibiotics for my UTI because I'm 61 years old.

MD identified a serious medication issue and saved my life!

The MD identified a life threatening condition that needed immediate intervention. She vigorously directed me to the ER where the condition was confirmed and I received the medical care I needed. I'm recovered now and cannot thank her enough. How did we ever live without Teledoc?!? Teledoc is now my first choice for trusted care.

The Dr was great

The Dr was great. He was knowledgeable but also had a sense of humor. Plus, he sent the meds right to my pharmacy.

Waiting over 30 minutes past appointment time, called, told to wait longer or I would be charged a fee.

I have found a few providers on there to be very nice and helpful, but have had many more provider no-show for appointments - which is very frustrating because you sit and wait to try to avoid any no-show fee - and if you work a full-time job and take off work for appointments, this is just not a good service for that reason alone. Also noticed provider will tend to want to skip any video meetings and try to call instead - and then if you don't do phone they will count that as a cancelation. ALSO if you schedule an appointment with a Nutritionist, you have to wait for them, I scheduled one first time, was waiting 30 minutes but had to log out because I had another doctor appointment after I need to leave home for, and they told me I would be charged a cancellation fee! No apologies for me waiting 30 minutes past appointment time, and told just to wait longer or I would be charged for canceling. NO THANKS, no respect for peoples time.
