Great Experience
They were there when I needed them, I couldn't take off work but needed to get medication for my issues and they were there, they were polite and when I got disconnected he called me back, I appreciate that. Very pleasant experience, I've been telling everyone that I work with they need to take advantage of using the Teledoc system.

Transition of care is not good
Teladoc is an excellent platform. But transition of care when a provider leaves the platform does not help the patient. After almost a year of finally establishing trust with my provider, I received a message directing me to find a new provider. No contact . No explanation. It turned out my provider passed away and I was left hanging to start again , instead of transitioning to proper care. Also for someone who dedicated time to helping others it was a disrespectful way to honor her passing. Teladoc asked for the truth and honesty when rating . And I am presenting the truth.

Easy to use
Easy to use. My first time. And I was in the telehealth room within 10 minutes. The doctor was attentive to my conversation, gave me recommendations to follow and medications.

My therapist is what made my experience so wonderful. Dr. Williams is a God send truly. I’ve heard horror stories of how many therapists people have had to go through to find their perfect match. Being of a minority i come from a family with preconceived ideas of what therapy consists of & its inability to help. Had it not been for this platform im not sure if i would have ever sought care for it. Having so many people who care from my therapist, to my psychiatrist, and even the people who provided this opportunity.. it makes you care about yourself more. Therapy doesn’t feel strict or uncomfortable. We haven’t even met 10x but it feels like im just talking to a friend. I am truly grateful for my experience and being given this opportunity.

My provider was informative ,she listened to me and asked the right questions.When my situation was resolved between us,she had my perscription sent to my pharmacist .I had what I needed in a hour, been a day and a haulf and I am on my feet . Thanks TelaDoc!
ridiculous wait time and provider occupied
I didnt like how long it took to get seen, waited 2 hours! horrible wait and by a doctor that was preoccupied by something else, looking like he was at a marketplace or something.

I was hesitant, I highly recommend.
I was hesitant but need to go to the Doctor for Posion ivy. I was looking at taking the next day off. Someone recommended Teladoc wow 10-15 minutes later i was done. it was fast simple and amazing. I would highly recommend and definately will use again when needed. Thank you!
