The providers are able to listen to your symptoms and provide advice as well as medication over the phone. When I don’t feel well I don’t have to wait in a waiting room for the same treatment I can receive from this service in a fraction of the time.

Provider joined call late and put another patient's notes in my file
I had a call scheduled for 7:15pm and my provider was over 5 minutes late to join the call. She was very obviously reading through a list of questions the entire time and seemed like she wanted to rush through it and be done. After the visit was over, she put another patient's notes in my after visit summary (referenced psychotropic medications and dehydration - I am on no medications and have no issues with dehydration).

Teledoc, was easy to book. The doctor I chose, was friendly, she listened to my needs and was very punctual to our visit.

It’s always easy and fast. I was able to make an appointment and within 5 minutes I was receiving a call. She called inn my prescription immediately and within another 10 minutes my pharmacy had my medication. The doctor listened to my concerns without interrupting and was empathetic, hard to find now a days.
