Dr. King was quick, knowledgeable and provided a solution for my concern. I encourage clients to come prepared because he does move very quickly and symptoms can be forgotten in the moment. A bulleted list beforehand will be valuable.
Timely appointment - Great Doctor
Timely appointment. Same day. Only a couple hours after my scheduled appointment. Dr. Wing was attentive, patient, and he took time to listen to all my concerns regarding my illness. Far too often doctors go unrecognized for their hardwork. I would like to Thank Dr. Wing for his excellent patient care.
Fast response I needed
I was having complications after a recent surgery but wasn’t sure if I should go to the emergency room. I didn’t know who to call and found Teladoc through my insurance easily. The provider called me very quickly but had a tricky time getting through because of tech problems but he didn’t give up until we spoke. He is why I went to the hospital and had to spend another 10 days in the hospital for management and therapy. Very easy to use when in blinding pain and you’re alone. Thanks Dr!
Always a quick and easy experience with…
Always a quick and easy experience with Teladoc. Although I didn’t get resolve from the doctor this time, they did direct me to an urgent care clinic where I had blood work done which inturn sent me to the emergency room to have a CAT scan done, which revealed I had acute pancreatitis. Since this was caught early and I wasn’t doubled over in pain and still had an appetite they allowed me to self treat at home after all the testing was complete.

Provider Fine, System Trash
Provider was fine. The system was hot trash. I had a specific need that I clearly indicated when setting up the appointment. The system allowed me to set up the appointment and pay without any advice whatsoever that my need could not be handled by the service. This wasted my time and money, and the provider's time. This is patently absurd, avoidable, and important.

App is very easy to use. I had forgotten to schedule a follow up appointment; teledoc called me and we scheduled one together which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to message your provider in the app as well. I am very pleased with Teladoc!
