Teladoc was available through my insurance. Setting the appointment was quick with only a few minutes wait to see the doctor. He was kind and quick with his assessment. Because of that I was able to get my antibiotics that evening.
No more waiting long hours in the emergency room. No more all day visits at the doctors office. I love it. Simple, easy and fast. Service was excellent. Response was fast. I’d recommend and I gave recommend this to everyone I know.
The visit was good the doctor answered all my questions, listened to my concerns and gave me great direction on my next steps
Dr. Miller took her time and listened to all of my concerns, educated me on the medication that she was prescribing. I felt like I had a voice and I was being heard. She even provided comfort when I became tearful and was very encouraging.
I obtained a video conference with the Dr in less than 5 minutes of my request. The Dr quickly diagnosed my symptoms and provided the required medical services needed including sending prescriptions to my preferred pharmacy in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend. Never had to leave the comfort of my home. The whole process took less than 10 minutes

The doctor was prompt, knowledgeable,and friendly. She addressed all of my concerns and was spoton with diagnosis. I'm much better today with her decision to treat the way she did!
Robin is the shit she’s super attentive and super helpful. She’s an animal lover like me and just really cares about helping people. Hands down my favorite therapist I’ve ever had, and I virtually meet her and still she’s better than any in person or any other virtual therapist I’ve ever had. She makes me feel welcome and she’s very supportive and handles my emotions well and is very capable of taking notes down even when im just dumping out emotions and feelings onto her she doesn’t miss a thing and has very good feedback and tools to work with in everyday life and inbetween sessions! It’s more like having a friend I can confide in and I personally love that over feeling like I’m telling my deepest darkest stuff to a complete stranger and I’d highly recommend her to anyone especially if you’re in recovery for addiction! Anyways I love Robin Brooks she’s an amazing therapist and I’d refer her to any of my family friends acquaintances and a complete stranger!
Felt great not having to miss work to resolve an issue that was a less than five minute convo from start to finish. Call came right in as promised. Literally completed the job while I stepped in hallway at work and was done so quickly. Fully recommend to resolve simple medical inquiries!
The visit was much quicker than a regular office visit. I was able to get the help I needed quickly.
I had a huge mental break down that broke me to the point that my mind was completely shattered. It took me a while to find a therapist and I took a chance through Teledoc and it has helped me a lot. I am putting in the work to regain control of my life. Mentally and Emotionally. My therapist has been helpful in my mental recovery.

Teledoc doctors have always been spot on with their recommendations for me. I’m glad I have access to them when I need them. I have saved lots not going to urgent care or ER. Once I consult with them and get treatment if needed, I can then follow up with my PCP.

THREE HOUR WAIT. I told 7 different people my phone was stolen. These people tried to call the stolen phone, and refused to acknowledge my phone was stolen. It is as if the notion of a person getting their phone stolen is a brand new concept. They seemed genuinely confused as to why they could not call me on my phone. Finally when I literally yelled at someone 'SOMEONE STOLE MY **** PHONE* the person said, "oh, you mean you don't have your phone with you? How are you calling us?" " I borrowed a phone." Oh.... this experience is so horrific. Just go to the ER or Urgent Care. This is a joke. I am still on hold, over three hours later.
