Ordered a set of test leads on 7-20
Ordered a set of test leads on 7-20. No response or contact so I called on 7-27 and was informed they were on back-order and would ship the next day. That did not happen! Finally on the 30th I heard from them.They entered my credit card # and it was declined.I use a feature that allows me to use a different cc# for each online purchase.After 10 days of non activity my card company auto suspends that number. Guess they shot themselves in the foot on that one. Would never order again!

terrible product, worse service
I purchased an Aven 26700-302 digital microscope, advertised as 9Mp
big heavy stand, clumsy at best
poorly built microscope and software that would not discover the microscope on windows
alternative software produced images at 1744 x 1308so the 9Mp was some sort of interpolation.
I called test equipment depot, the supposedly manager of customer service said she would call me back and never did. next I emailed and got the argument that it was a 9Mp camera in the scope.
back and forth over several weeks, I finally get an RMA, no shipping label so I have to pay shipping, and they charged me a restocking fee.
so this company spends 3 phone calls, 6 emails to cheat a customer out of < 40$, what will they do if you buy some expensive equipment?

The purchase and return request are from November. All advertised information on this unit derive directly from the manufacturer, Aven. After initial contact from the customer, Aven was contacted and they provided additional Technical information on this unit which was emailed directly to the customer. The return request was approved and return information sent to the customer in November. The return was received last week.

Shipping has been the worst experience I have ever had.
Ordering was simple shipped as promised. But a signature was requested upon delivery. I have been waiting all day for 2 days now and as soon as I leave fed ex shows up and leaves a missed you note. When I try to schedule a time with fed ex or pick up from depot fed ex wants me to open an account and leave a credit card number for billing !!!! ALL I WANT IS MY PACKAGE !!!!!

Sold me a sensor for the gas sniffer I wanted instead of the actual sniffer. They used the image an model number of the actual unit. Would not issue refund.

I had ordered a clamp-on ammeter and after I made the order, idecided to look again at the specifications. Good little meter with Calibration Certificate
The online specification says that Low Range is between 1 uW/cm2 and 1999 uW/cm2 so I was worried it wouldn't work for me, but when I got the meter the accompanying document stated the Low Range was actually between 1 uW/cm2 and 9999 uW/cm2. What a relief! I was able to effortlessly measure UV in the 5000 uW/cm2 range. So fix the error on your website and you may be able to make more sales : )
