The merchandise / slat panels arrived…
The merchandise / slat panels arrived in excellent condition and quicker than expected. They are absolutely beautiful I just wish you offered some end or trim pieces to cover the edges so you’re unable to see the white backing. The wall these are being installed on have one open corner and a pass thru without any door frames or molding.

Great Experience so far
I only ordered samples for am upcoming project, but I am extremely happy with the product they sent. They were free due to a promotion, they were wrapped with care and look/feel very high quality, and they didn’t take too long to arrive. They are at the top of my list for this type of product.

Easy to order, price
The ease of ordering, plus the 40% off was great. All the panels were intact except one and it was placed in the corner out of site. Also the CSA was great, because I wanted to make sure I had enough. My Handyman put them up yesterday and they look great! Will definitely order when another great sale occurs.

I haven't received the product yet but…
I haven't received the product yet but the Flutto sample looks great and I'm excited to make it part of my home renovation. Customer service and sales reps were also very helpful. My only suggestion would be to offer estimated dates for out of stock items on the website. I planned to use the generous 4th of July coupon but When I went to order the size I needed was suddenly out of stock. It came a cross as a bate and switch even if it was genuinely out of stock.Having to pre-order the next day, I couldn't use the same discount which was disappointing.
