We purchased based on a sample of the product. Ordering was easy, delivery was timely. My one complaint would be that the product was left on the driveway, rather than placed inside the garage.

The Drew and Jonathan oak panels have a background extension which is not present in the samples. The extension forces a gap — which is not visibly acceptable- or forces a cut off to make it appear seamlessly stacked as in the website photos. A serious production flaw in an otherwise nice product.
