People also genuinely appreciate the exceptionally helpful customer service team and the extremely fast shipping options available for sample orders. Consumers routinely note that the ordering process is smooth and intuitive, making it very easy to find exactly what is needed for projects. Kaitty is a customer service superstar! 10 stars for her. She was quick to respond to my emails, extremely knowledgeable, proactive, and saved me money. It pays to call in before placing your order! The product is being installed as I type this, so I don't have experience with it as my shower wall yet. However, it looks great. Nailed the look of acoustic paneling, yet made it waterproof. As an audio engineer, this is very appealing to me. Not that it has acoustic properties in the shower, but I dig the vibe. I would order from WVH again. That's a no brainer.
We are absolutely delighted to hear about your wonderful experience with our team! It's fantastic to know that our customer service was able to assist you so effectively and proactively. We truly appreciate your kind words and are thrilled that you love the look of the product, especially how it captures the acoustic paneling aesthetic while being waterproof. We are confident you will enjoy it for years to come. Thank you for choosing us! Warm Regards, WVH
