Shocking service
came to our door promising a better service then other milk delivery services.. and how wrong they were! 3 months we stayed with them and only actually got milk delivered maybe 3 - 4 times, most days never showed up and when I rang to ask why the man on the phone was unprofessional and rude, didn't even answer the phone like a business just a blunt "hi what?" ask for a refund for the numerous times our delivery got missed and all we got was £7 taken off a £11 order.. once. paid for weeks with not one delivery. shocking service in west lothian.
