I've been getting my milk, eggs and recently wholemeal bread delivered from Thomson Dairies and would highly recommend them. There have been very little issues, but if there are they are prompt on actioning and/or sorting everything out. I was Locked out of my account today and Nicola swiftly fixed the issue! Great service and will continue to use them for many years.
Nicola was very helpful, sorting out an addition to our regular order. I love the personal service given by Thomson’s, from the office staff to our milkman, Alistair! We are also approached with lots of special offers, which we often claim. ❤️ Thomson’s are an amazing dairy, and my boys adore their glass bottles of fresh milk, and their fantastic breakfast packs and fresh, free range eggs! No problems until you try to cancel - phoned to cancel end of July/beginning of August 2022 and settled bill there and then, 14 months + later get a nasty letter saying that we owed them as we had milk delivered up until over month and half after we had cancelled, not true. Said they sent emails and letters to account holder (who has now passed) also not true. Crap at record keeping obviously, not impressed, wouldn't recommend. Person on the phone rude and had no compassion whatsoever.
