The books I ordered arrived in a timely manner, thank you, much appreciated. They arrived, however, with the previous sale price sticker still on. I would recommend removing them, it was both amusing and disheartening to see the $3.99 sticker on the books I paid around $8 for.

You shipped a DVD with a somewhat massive Japanese dictionary. In essentially a sealable plastic bag. Guess which item won? It wasn't the jewel case for the DVD, that's for sure. Fortunately, the disc survived undamaged.
