So disappointed with my experience. Turns out the seats they chose (not able to choose own) are somewhat obstructed view. And they are not refundable. Will never use this site again.

I am seriously sorry I had anything to do with TicketsCenter. I will not make that mistake again. I fully understand the non-refundable. I can ALMOST buy the argument that the tickets can't delivered until close the event date. I CANNOT accept that there is no rational way to resell them in an emergency. My wife blew out her knee over the weekend and cannot walk. TicketsCenter "Communications" is abysmal. What type of tickets am I holding? mobile? AXS? PDF? Other? How do I transfer them if I put them up on LYSTED? Their "guidance” on this issue is a profoundly bad joke. $418 down the drain.

From watching a video on Facebook and thinking I would really like to see them live. I went on there website to see their tour schedule and saw they got within a hour½ of me so I booked my ticket. Total time 13 min. Very smooth process.
