I found it very confusing to get information about my tickets. I booked the tickets a few weeks ago and I have received confirmation of my order, but I can't figure out how to show my ticket confirmation when I get to the Yard Goats Game. There's no bar code to show, just my ticket order. Hopefully, I won't have any problem on the day of the game when I present my email with the confirmation #.

Maybe you should have a system that updates as tickets are sold. I purchased tickets and three days later I got email stating that my tickets have been given to someone else and I was offered a down grade in seating with a discount. And it wasn’t even a discount. It was the regular price for those tickets. Just poor business practices. First impressions are everything, I will not do business with this company again.

It's a scam. They use scarcity tactics to sell tickets and I thought I was buying from Ticketmaster not a 3rd party reseller
I was skeptical at 1st when e realized I wouldn’t receive the tickets until the day prior to the concert, but they were my mailbox as stated and all went well.
Cost was substantially more than face value—on me for failing to check—and slow to deliver.

1st time going to Freeman's concert it was really good ,restrooms were on opposite side of general admission area and end of concert hard seeing to get to ramp areas due to insufficient lighting
Have been told in 2 e-mails my tickets have been sent and they have not. Good luck getting a human on the phone. Will never use this service again.

Well , I would rather have had my ticket mailed to me at home. I bought expensive tickets and I still don’t see my ticket and still having a hard time getting and retreating them on my phone and tomorrow is the show. So I’m really not happy.😐 can you post my actual ticket for me I’m my box without getting the app and all that.?
