Hours before the concert….
If I could give ZERO stars I would but it’s not an option. I purchased tickets Chandler Moore months ago, I was told I would have them before the concert today and they just refunded my money and there’s no tickets!!!! I’ve adjusted my schedule and so has my husband and I think this is really wrong the way you do business and I won’t use your services anymore. Luckily we live locally, but what if somebody came out of town and got a hotel room it’s spent a lot of money to find out that they didn’t get tickets. Not cool at all. Expect a phone call to explain as to why you waited the last minute to tell me we didn’t have tickets three hours before the concert. Unacceptable I’ll be waiting for your call.

Trustpilot asked me to review Event Tickets Center, which was exciting because I had absolutely no memory of buying anything from them. After searching through my financial records, I discovered why: apparently, I didn’t.
Still, I hate to ignore a request for feedback, so here it is: the mystery tickets I never purchased arrived exactly nowhere, provided admission to an event I never attended, and cost me a very reasonable $0. An impressively seamless experience from beginning to nonexistent end.
Five stars for affordability. One star for leaving me completely baffled.
