I never received my tickets and the customer support line was completely unhelpful. I was told I needed to verify my billing address and phone number. They told me that information didn’t match what was in the system. They could not tell me what was in the system though. They also could not send me another receipt (never received one in the first place) for my tickets. Verification of identity is all well and good, but you should at the very least be able to send me a copy of my receipt with redacted info for safety purposes. I’ll be requesting a chargeback through my bank, and I will never use this service again.

By far the worst experience I have ever had buying an online ticket. I shouldn’t have to go through 4 steps to get my ticket. I also shouldn’t have to wait 20+ minutes for my ticket to show up on my phone. Why do the tickets have to transfer to a different company or be sent from a different email. I’m still not certain how to actually get my tickets. I had to download apps and create a wallet and still I don’t have my tickets although they SAY they’ve been transferred. Seems like for what you charge, you could mail the tickets so I don’t have to spend hours trying to figure out how to get them and worrying that I won’t be able to. Just wish I had checked before ordering my tickets. My browser usually sends me to the main venue but this time it sent me to a secondary vender. I didn't notice until I hit submit. I ended up paying way more than I would have. Oh well, live and learn.
