Deceptive company. Beware!
I purchased tickets this morning to a musical event in NYC. I knew the tickets were in a rear balcony but there was a tiny I that was easily missed stated that the tickets had an obstructed view.
Tickets are non refundable.
I called the site immediately to complain. This site is purposefully deceptive. Technically and legally okay but not clear and up front on what I was purchasing. The customer service person was rude and commented on my inability to read. The tickets cost me $320. I was refunded the $52.80 fee but I am stuck with the tickets.
I highly suggest that you skip using this site to purchase tickets.

I have had difficulties claiming tickets for my event since I purchased them as the link errors out with a "Something went wrong". After getting redirected to Ticketmaster, they redirected back to Event Tickets Center, who after nearly 30 minutes of LIveChat sent me a generic customer service number. My event is 3 weeks out and I still do not have the tickets I purchased. Sad to miss the good ol days of them just mailing you a hard copy ticket through the snail mail. Hoping this gets resolved before the event and/or I have to go through the same nightmare for a refund or worse

Don’t buy tickets from them
Don’t buy tickets from them. I made a mistake of going on there site instead of the venue and paid three times the ticket price. All sales are final. A $38 ticket cost me $116 on their site. They got me ones but won’t happen again.
