I did 2 orders of 2 tickets each and seem to be having issues getting the 2nd set of tickets. Why is that difficult?
I still can not receive my tickets
I still can not receive my tickets. Event Tickets is blaming the TicketMaster website and TicketMaster is blaming Event Tickets. My event is tomorrow!
I can't get a hold of a human
I can't get a hold of a human. The instructions say to upload a PDF of the tickets I'm selling, but that's not possible. I received an email giving me the option to send a photo of the tickets, which I did. My account is still in draft mode, and I don't know how to move forward. The event is 48 hours away.

Overpriced tickets
I went to the venue website to buy tickets. I was directed to a site where the best tickets (general admission) were over $70 each with a banner stating tickets are getting low. I left the site and tried again and was directed to same pricing. I paid for two tickets to find it was a resale on Ticketmaster. The price at venue was $29 and Ticketmaster website had tickets for $35. I feel like I was intentionally redirecting to buy up priced tickets.

Through the booking process it didn’t…
Through the booking process it didn’t show that it was the top level. I have asthma and heart issues and can’t walk that many flights. The process needs to be clearer as to the seating. There are no refunds but they should at least refund and resell the seats.
