As all purchases require multiple actions be performed by users (including, but not limited to, event selection, entering payment details and finalizing the transaction), which can be stopped at any time for any reason, we do not have any way to confirm that the purchase was not made under proper authorization. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have left any active checkout screens by returning to the ticket selection screen or closing the browser to ensure no accidental processing of orders. The billing information provided on the order (your email address, billing address, and/or phone number) matches what your financial institution has on file for your account. Regardless of the age of the individual who physically finalizes the purchase, it is ultimately the cardholder's responsibility to ensure the privacy and security of their information and is responsible for all charges.

Took a while but this 74 year old adult finally figured it out.
Warning people!!! Please check where artist tickets originated from. I just did a band google search and landed at event tickets. Paid twice the ticket price!!! I hope Linda enjoys my $$.
Tickets twice the price. My bad for not checking original ticket outlet. Tickets still available and half of what we paid. NEVER AGAIN!!

Shady sales practices by Event Tickets Center
After purchasing tickets through Event Ticket Center I found out that the actual tickets through the venue were less than half what I was charged. When I called about canceling the order I was told it was nonrefundable. I will never use this site again and I recommend that anyone even considering it look very carefully for other options.
If the tickets should be saved in my digital wallet
If the tickets could be saved to my digital wallet I would have been less anxiety to find them. The text message yesterday was nice (but cane in as a spam text) and I saw the tickets.But it didn’t show me them today. I had to go to the original email.

I don't have a cell phone & asked for hard copy tickets & received the classic corporate response. So I'm out $120 because I also paid for insurance. Perhaps make it right & give me a full refund. Certainly I'll let my friends know

Hi, Eric. While we hear you regarding the delivery method, that's not our call to make. There was a note under the seller's notes section of the listing that stated "Mobile Entry Tickets. Must have smart device on hand to enter event. Do not print these tickets." These types of requirements come straight from the team/venue/performer that you are going to see. Your ticket seller cannot waive the smart phone requirement, but please note that any mobile device can be used to access the tickets purchased. If someone else in your party has a mobile device, it can be used to display your tickets and gain entry by simply logging in to your ticketing account.
