Terribly challenging ticket access with contrasting processes for consecutive performances. Unlike traditional practices utilized consistently in San Francisco area for Ticketmaster and other resale groups. Cannot expect 80 year old to comprehend and follow. Embarrassing for your group.

I have no idea how to get my 2 tics onto my phone, and your information did not help. I called and no one called me back. I have my order # and email that says my tics are ready to transfer to some way that I can use them on Saturday. Still need help.

Tix that were delivered were not reflecting our names or order#. That caused an alarm and concern for us.

It's always so hard to go back to insert the code that sent but it worked the second time so that's why I gave it a four or I would have given it a five if it worked the first time for me.
AVOID THIS SELLER- ticket delivery LATE; customer service NOT AVAILABLE
This company optimizes its search so that it comes up above direct sellers. It sells tickets that it does not have and then promises them by 9pm the night before. Then if they aren't transferred by that timelines, they send a generic "we promise" tickets will be available before the actual show. Additionally when tickets are not received by the deadline, there is NO costumer service available. Their phone line directs you to a chat, the chat is not available. You can fill out a "feedback form" that is obviously ANOTHER party as they ask what company you're complaining about through a Microsoft form. I did receive communication after I filed a dispute that the tickets would be available by 2:30 on the same day of the show. They also stated that their only guarantee is that the tickets will be available before the show. These tickets were purchased 2 months ago and I received the tickets just now- 7 1/2 hours before a show that I was flying to another state to see. They hide behind their vague terms and conditions but you also see reviews that show they have patterns of not fulfilling orders. Terrible policy and worse customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Venues and artists frequently place delayed delivery holds on tickets, which means sellers sometimes cannot transfer digital tickets/process barcodes until close to the event time. I had to download another app and get another account tied to my email address in order to receive my tickets.

Getting MiLB app is a nightmare
Getting MiLB app is a nightmare of time consuming and site navigation confusion. And I would prefer not to get the associated app for MLB. All I want is to easily access my digital Hops tixs.
