By far the worst experience I have ever had buying an online ticket. I shouldn’t have to go through 4 steps to get my ticket. I also shouldn’t have to wait 20+ minutes for my ticket to show up on my phone. Why do the tickets have to transfer to a different company or be sent from a different email. I hope I never have to use this website ever again.
