Horrible experience every since day one it was installed nothing but problems with the device killed my battery would constantly say I’m blowing improperly and most of all they had me change my device because of financial assistance program I qualified for and shop they sent me to had no clue what they were doing and messed my vehicle up.. never use this company you will wait hours on hold trying to get answers and supervisors are very rude and unpleasant

I only had it installed for maybe five…

I only had it installed for maybe five hours and was having a lot of difficulty with the interlock. It finally did a lockout violation 3 service required. I believe the problem was it wasn’t plugged in correctly. I noticed that today when the plug fell off and I had to screw the screws on. I am doing the breaths correctly and will be calling tomorrow.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They take your money before they ever ask for any information, then they tell you about all the extra fees after. If it’s your first DUI you don’t even need this. You fill out the blue paper and send it into the dmv with a money order and they issue you a TAL.

Jennifer thankfully repeated the answers that I had after writing numbers down on paper. This is all new information to me. My only suggestion is that the insurance information would not be a follow up to my first contact with intoxalock. Too much information mixing numbers and being told that a price is only available today. That doesn’t make it helpful. So, mixing 1 must and 1 choice is not helpful at this time.

I never take the time to write reviews but wanted to ensure I did it for this. My customer service was the best I've ever had bar none, she was helpful, efficient, patient, and even helped me get a discount and answered all my questions and also helped me get my insurance figured out. I want to thank her so much and if everyone was like her customer service would be amazing everywhere. Please thank her again for me!
