Iam very fed up with the Intoxalock because I have been calling to them from July 21st 2026 regarding my removal process my court date is already completed and also I have sent all the documents that is required for the Intoxalock and my final calibration is also done and now iam waiting for the non compliance form and today morning again I called them because to know the update about non compliance form but they told me that we need to raise a ticket for that till now no one told me to raise a ticket for the non compliance team and they didn’t even mention in the device removal form and a part from that again I called just now and now they are again asking for the court documents which I have submitted earlier. And even the court date is also passed till now I didn’t receive the non compliance form sorry to say thi iam totally unhappy for this kind of service from the great organization

They were courteous and professional. My only complaint at this point is the app is notifying me of a lockout. The device is displaying lockout but still works. What is going on?

Darrell was so amazing!!! He helped me get my appointment set up and he remembered me when I had to call him back and ask him for a favor!!! He was amazing!!! And he made the best small talk with me during the down time, which was great considering I had a stroke and my speech is slow because of it, he didn’t miss a beat!!! He was awesome!!!

Intoxia lock is the worst company to deal with I haven’t drank in 8 years and bc I have medical conditions I have been charged excessive amounts of lockout fees. I sent a letter from my doctor and they still don’t care! In February when this started their device was faulty and I missed work and had to have my vehicle towed! Since then I’ve had nothing but problems. All they care about is grabbing your money. I’m on a fixed income and this company just adds fees continuously! Don’t ever use them if you find yourself in trouble. The last representative was Cash he could care less about my situation. All representatives just read from a script to make them more money!! They are horrible
