The tile that was sent to me was nothing like it was pictured. I understand the whole day a lot thing I had to floor covering stores. My mistake for trying to rectify something from an online store. Good luck to you and your business.
Empty box and later incorrect colour
Firstly, shipment arrived as empty box. Although they resend the order without extra charge, it costs us more than a week delay. Secondly, we shipped tiles to Bangkok and found they are the wrong colour. Now we have lost a month and overseas shipping costs.

We got a great deal on the tile we ordered. It took a littel longer than we expected to get the tile but it was in good shape when it arrived
Illogical Experience
Asked them 2 questions based on a particular tile they have, they replied to 2nd question, ignored first one. I followed up then they said they don’t have that manufacturer’s tiles at all (which is false, b/c that manufacturer’s tiles were listed on their site). Due to their staff’s inability to reason, I will not use them.
First of all customer service was great…
First of all customer service was great and not included in my assessment. I was contacted about a time line and also options for a faster shipping so that part was great. When they explained I could expedite shipping I was excited. I paid more for shipping than the tiles and then paid again for expedited direct shipping. Per box I was up to 90 bucks for a box of 17. I had about 20 of this pattern and needed about 20 more and I was trying to use what I had and not be wasteful. When my box arrived every tile but 2 were shattered. CS was quick to say they would help me get another box shipped but also informed me it would be an additional 90 to get an additional box. At that point, I gave up and went down to home Depot and got a similar tile for about 70 bucks for the whole job. In the future I will understand that using a service like this is 5 times more expensive. Unless they have tile that I can't live without, I'll stick to local places.

TilesDirect was so helpful and their prices were great! I was interested in several tiles for a bathroom remodel and the team so patient through a few revisions of both tiles and quantities. Their prices were much better than other companies I'd checked with. I'll definitely use them again for any future projects I have and am recommending them to my friends too.
