Took my granddaughter's car to have her car windows tinted. They did an excellent job on her car!! They knew the car is a graduation gift for my granddaughter and they were very courteous from the beginning to the end. We’re very happy and I can’t wait for my granddaughter to see her car!! I brought my car to Tint world in Pickering to get some paintless dent repair done. Rob and his team did an amazing job! It beat by expectations in a huge way. You can not tell there was a dent there. I was so impressed that I went back the next day to get a detail and tint put on my SUV. Well Done!
First impression walking in is that the store is very clean. That’s a huge bonus. It is usually a bad sign when place of business relating to cars is messy, dirty, or disorganized. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. There’s a difference between PRICE and VALUE. Tint World offers a great VALUE with professionalism all around, a clean place of business, a great install, and a solid warranty.

Wanted my windows tinted today and just couldn't wait Joe was able to get me in on a cancellation minutes after out phone call. All of the other places couldn't take me for weeks. I had one guy tell me he would do all 8 side windows and the back for $125 without using the coupon I had. Sounded like a unbeatable deal until I came into Tint World where I was informed that certain kinds of tints wont allow cell phone reception. So that would mean no radio no xm radio or navigation..always have to watch out for these place where you may save a little but it will not be worth it!!! I saved myself and my car so much coming here! Got the supreme package limo in the back 18 in the front with a lifetime warranty for less then 300.
They did a awesome job on my 2018 Challenger. The manager JC was very helpful and showed me exactly what they were going to do. Thank you so much. The tint turned out great. The whole staff was cool.
Didn't have work done there but was canceling my appointment and owner called to make sure it wasn't something they did that made me cancel and they didn't was nice to hear form someone to check up on me to make sure they did everything correct and were very professional in helping me with my decision, The prices were reasonable just pushing my appointment out a few months, Thanks for reaching out!
Tint world boca franchise will not honor a lifetime tint warranty because the current owner says he did not own the business when the work was done. Called tint world corporate who says the franchise owner is wrong but tough luck
I brought my car to get a remote start and came home to see they changed 2 of my tires for old tires. They think they can take advantage of woman who come here, my dad saw my tires and immediately knew what happened. They refuse too acknowledge what they did and also refuse to show you footage of what happened to your car that was in their shop for 3 hours. The people there are so rude
Brought my car to Tint World in North Miami Beach because my local person was out on an installation . I am so happy I did. Manny the store manager is a dedicated employee and very professional. His crew of employees went above and beyond the quality of their work. I bought a Veloster and needed my windows tinted and Manny explained the different options and was fair and accountable. The job was done with perfection in mind. I also wanted a Mega Horn on my vehicle and Manny ordered the part and I came in the following week. I bought it on credit through their credit program and was approved. Today the Horn was installed and a mini wrap was done to beyond my satisfaction. I highly recommend Tint World for all your Tinting and car needs.

HORRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Paid 300$ after tax for best detailing they offer for 2018 charger 392. They took 11 hours with my car that day. I picked it up 1 hr after closing. They car was TERRIBLE. Flied still stuck on bumper, windows cloudy, compound still on my car in places, engine bay edges were wiped but entire block was covered in grime. I called up company and they told me in 2 weeks i can bring it back and they will redo whole car. Brought it in, got car back way quicker. Car looked great that day. 2 days later, entire clear coat is cloudy with BAD holograms and spin parks. I call and talk to the “boss” who is away for the week. I stopped in and showed his associate who acknowledged it and asked me to come back to show boss. I showed the boss yesterday.... nasty. Denying its their fault. Heres a quote, “its IMPOSSIBLE for my model machine to do that. The spinner doesnt rotate 360 degrees so these long swirls are impossible. There must be a ceramic coating on your car and these marks were here before and MY DETAILING BROUGH ALL THESE MARKS OUT?!?!!? When i told him it was a crock hes giving me and i dont appreciate it, his answer was then we have nothing to talk about and went back inside. SAVE YOUR MONEY. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE PLACE WITH GARBAGE ATTITUDES AND DONT STAND BY THEIR WORK.
I took my kia stinger to Tintworld in Smyrna Ga. I got an estimate to wrap the front, hood and fenders. When I got a call that the car was ready I went to the location to get my car. After arriving I inspected the car and was shocked to find that only a third of the hood and a third of the fenders were wrapped. When getting ready to pay the owner and branch representative increased the cost of the job. Sometimes a problem can be made worse by argueing so I decided to pay approximately $200 more than the original estimate and the inadequately wrapped car.
Wouldn't touch ya with a 10 ft pole . I've hsd plenty of work done on my vehicles there and so have family and friends but after tonight's conversation I wouldn't go near you with a 10 ft pole . The thing I was having issue with was one of my leds I had bought from YOU and the YOU installed and is warrantee by YOU was flickering on the way to work early this morning and shutting off completely at times . I drive a really long way to work and it's usually in the dark so obviously lights are important. One of the two lights on the drivers side is not on . I called you and explained I need you to look at it for above said reasons. I spent 20 min on the phone why YOU couldn't do it . YOU said in the computer all it said was led install and that you were not even sure I bought them from you really ??? Great job of keeping record of what customers did or didn't buy from YOU. Your store and customer service are in shambles and blame all your problems on past employees to the customers, pretty sad and tacky . You should take ownership for running that franchise into the ground and not blame it on employees who no longer work there and can't defend their self . I work 10 hrs and can't just drop my car off and leave it there all day lol . The rude lady put me on hold for the 4 th time and a guy answered and asked if i wanted a Saturday appointment I can't because I work 2 jobs right now and I said I'll take me business to another shop and he rudely hung up on me . Speaking of other shops thank god there was one not far from your location actually 3.9 miles to be exact that stayed late unlike you to help me out and got me safely back on the road. They took the time not YOU .the lady on the phone at your place seems a little crazy . Js. Btw the place not far from you re did the tint job you did for me last summer and charged me half at what you quoted me to go darker . Lol

Not professional at all, I took my truck F250 to get the front windshield and all other windows tinted on Wednesday, They told me to come back in 3 hours it will be done, Went back after 3 hours and inspected vehicle. all windows were correct but There was a big tear on the left side of the Windshield. So the lady told me to leave it for tomorrow and they will get it replaced first thing in the morning. So i waited all day the next day on thursday and finally got a message at 5:30 saying truck is ready so i went to go see it and there was a big scratch on the drivers side of the windshield that was there. So they told me to leave it for another day. So i left it again cause i really wanted it tinted. On Friday the next day, I didn’t get any messages saying truck was ready so i went there at 5:45 pm right before they closed at 6pm and they said the truck isn’t ready, that they are still working on it. And they are making sure that its going to be done correctly. So i left again and left the truck there again. On Saturday I didn’t get any messages saying truck is ready so i called them around 5pm and the guy that answered phone told me that the tinters mom had passed away and that there was no one to replace him and that they haven’t done the tint yet. And the lady that should’ve called me to let me know about the status of truck was off cause of a birthday . But when i went there Friday the lady went to the back and said they are still working on it, Which made no sense at all. So i told him not to do the tint on it that i will be there tomorrow to pick up the truck. But he told me they were closed on Sunday so i cant pick it up. He apologized and said that they will do the tint correctly and this and that. So i told him that i will be there monday to go pick it up. and to go ahead and do the tint, So i went there on Monday to go get my truck no calls or anything saying that its ready. SoI went in on Monday and the lady told me that they ended up not doing the tint cause i didn’t want to do it. Well i had told the guy that i talked with on saturday that i didn’t want the truck tinted at first cause of they gave me a hard time and wasted to much of my time. But then he apologized and assured me they were gonna do a good job on the tint. She also told me that she wasn’t there on saturday cause she was sick. This company is soo unprofessional and I think they ended up not doing the tint on the windshield cause it was too hard for them to make without making mistakes. She wanted to give me a extra $50 off if i wanted to do the tint for the windshield. Who the hell would want to leave there car there again after all that of a big mess. They should of gave me a full refund for all the trouble that they put me through. All of those rides and uber rides that i had to get while they had my truck.
Please BEWARE! Very unprofessional, botched up car detailing job. I paid over $200 for a $50 detail job. I was so disappointed. So much was promised; however, not done: did not clean the trunk, application of cheap wax, half cleaned and conditioned the exterior and leather; did not buff and paste wax as promised, the same dead bugs residue was not removed, and put liquid wax over top of bug residue. Noticed Nick (the customer service agent), often uttered wrong details about the sale. There excuse was, it was a Groupon($89). Also, I paid an additional $113 in upgrades. Please take your business elsewhere.
This information is to WARN YOU about the Tint World located in Bensenville Illinois...1108 s york road. Stay away from this place, they installed a device in my car and caused $ 1,200.00 worth of damage to the wiring in my car and pierced the hoses for my windshield wipers. The owner asked me to bring the receipts for the damage , which I did, and never called me back. the work is unprofessional and the owner takes no responsibility.
Number 1: they "lo-balled" the estimate, then hit us with "extra charges for equipment (that was integral anyway) BACK-UP CAMERA Number 2: they estimated 2 1/2 hours [I am a physician whose schedule is very tight]. It took almost 5 hours, over 2 days. Number 3: their response to my dissatisfaction with the product was met with "it will be another $200--or more--to remedy it." Number 4: We did not realize they received a "one-star" from the Better Business Bureau, until it was too late. Number 5: We are now consulting with another firm to TRY to remedy this, but the prognosis is POOR.
