Your order was placed as an 8" × 10" vertical canvas print, and throughout the ordering process - including the final preview before purchase - the portrait was clearly displayed in that vertical orientation. The artwork was produced exactly as approved. Regarding the portrait itself, every TinySnap artwork is created specifically from the customer's uploaded photo. We do not use pre-made images from a library or substitute someone else's portrait. Your uploaded photograph was the foundation for the artwork you received. Even as a gesture of goodwill, we applied for you a 10% discount to make your initial order cheaper. We always strive to treat our customers fairly, which is why this review is particularly disappointing to us. We respect that artistic preferences can differ, but we also feel it's important that the facts surrounding the order are accurately represented. We wish you all the best. Emily @TinySnap
