My wife loved the framed print! The affordable art looks beautiful on the wall. I initially had a billing issue that was corrected ASAP through their website form messaging. I highly recommend this business!

This app is a scam
This app is a scam, would not purchase! The product is poor, AI tools like chatgpt could do much better. The scam comes in the way it’s billed after purchase. I never intended to have any ongoing subscription and it’s not clear you’re going to be charged for it. there is no indication of any ongoing subscriptions in account settings, and no upcoming billing information. There is also no way for customers to cancel online via their account, you have to email customer service after you’ve been billed again, which occurred randomly 26 days after purchase. Then they refuse to give you a refund for the new unwanted billing. Total scam, would avoid ever purchasing this terrible product.

TinySnap has taken the stress out of finding the best photographer, the time consuming pieces to the travel and fuss of getting a photo session hoping your child they’ll cooperate. They’ve made it simple and sweet! It’s user friendly and the quality is great. The only thing I hope they add is more customizable options, such as choosing props in the picture or deciding if you want to add or take away. My only complaint would be that if you don’t like the result of the generated image there is no ability to change the things you don’t like and allow more than one try at each photo.
