Kadek, Made, Orbi, Jan, Advent, Mirtha and Irfina were all extremely helpful! From updating the MX record, login screen in config.php and server side assistance (SMTP), I had a relitively easy setup. Orbi gave me a reference number and escalated my problems right away. I apprecite everyone's time and I will be sure to consult you in the future if I have any additional concerns.
Kevin was calm and thorough while helping me. He is helping me to figure out why email originating from my newly upgraded server is not getting sent. It is being blocked by some 3rd party spam filter. He was easy to understand and worked hard to help me get this figured out.
