Responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, professional

TMD Hosting has hosted my sites for well over 8 years. There has never been unanticipated down time, only minimal planned disruptions for system upgrades. I run several WordPress sites on TMD's servers. Whenever I've encountered an issue I couldn't solve (due to my lack of knowledge of WordPress) and have opened a trouble ticket asking how to do something, 99% of the time they just do it for me instead of telling me how to do it (but they also document what they did and how they did it). You will never find a more reliable or more responsive host.

Not the Most Dedicated

TMD Hosting used to be a very responsive web hosting service. It's extremely slow now. I'm in the middle of migrating a server and literally waiting 8 or more hours for a reply. Along with this, I'm being given unclear instructions on how to proceed. I love TMD, but... something has changed. This is not the same great company we had a few years ago.

I host my websites with TMD I couldn’t gain access to the admin of my website, I had made a DNS error which with the help of the support people at TMD, was quickly identified and rectified. Updating the PHP

I asked support for advice on how to update the PHP in my websites. There used to be a PHP selector in c-panel, which I looked for but couldn’t find. However, everything gets updated, which is a good thing. Simeon, in customer support, has kindly updated the PHP for me. Great customer service.

I have been with TMD over 7 years

I have been with TMD over 7 years. Whenever I have an issue they are ready to offer support or guide me on what I need to do. The Staff are knowledgeable polite and respectful. Great customer support!

I chose TMD Hosting initially due to low cost and relatively positive reviews. Now, 4 years later, am still pleased with the web host provider. TMD's support team is quick to respond to issues, whether self created or outside of my minimal website support knowledge. I'm also pretty sure there has been less that one full day of server down time since I've had my site hosted with them. I highly recommend TMD Hosting for your website hosting needs.

DON'T CXL TOO SOON

I am not a designer or IT person and TMD has been my hosting provider for 8 years. I got happy seeing some of the new AI providers coming online with lower pricing. My subscription was up, so I cancelled. NOT worth it!! Jansen helped me getting my TMD subscription back and prevented me from losing a week's worth of emails. TMD provides excellent service. I thank Jansen very much for helping me today.

In the last 2 days I had an issue…

In the last 2 days I had an issue connecting my website to a warehouse using API. API connections can be incredibly tricky, I only have a very limited knowledge. With the help of staff at TMD, through a process of eliminating potential issues, which required them to put quite considerable effort into supporting me. We solved the issue. Saras, was kind, polite, knew from the very beginning my problem, she read the issue while the bot had the chat b4, and she assured me till the last minute that there would be a solution within her scope of support.
