All the years I have been using TMDhosting, I have never had a reason to complain. For me, they are the best, most organised, and the most reliable team and service. Support is top notch, and prices are reasonable, I say reasonable as they are not the cheapest hosting service out there, but you most definitely get what you pay for, and in my opinion. More than what you pay for. I highly recommend their services for all website creators and internet projects as you are supported at a 100% to help get your website/s and project up and running online fast.

Going all out to assist until the complaint was ressolved even when it haad to do with an external party outside TMDH.

These chats can be frustrating but although this took a couple of hours, the response by TMD support is fast and the end result is positive. Problem was a Gmail issue but TMD worked me through it anyhow.

TMD Hosting has been the most reliable hosting service I have used. I have used at least half a dozen and found that TMD provided me with the fastest and top notch support to my clients websites. Dinda Rizkita at TMD was extremely fast and thorough with my request and was very detailed focused to make sure everything was addressed including things I did not think of, like backups. Overall I would highly recommend TMD Hosting and Dinda's top marks support service.
