I've been reaching out to them over and over, explaining my payment issues since February, and it's been 6 months, and none of my rewards can be redeemed! DON'T TRUST THIS SITE! THEY WILL NEVER PAY AND THEY KEEP GIVING OUT ENDLESS REASONS, LIKE YOU'RE THE MOST STUPID PERSON IN THE WORLD!

When I logged on tonight I had an offer of 9 surveys. I have just spent the last 30 minutes being rejected from them all as I did not qualify. Surely, as Toluna has all my details, they should be able to screen the surveys so that they are not offered to non qualifiers. The other thing wrong, is that when you do finally earn some rewards, it takes an unreasonable time,(12 DAYS MINIMUM) for the cash to be transferred
It was easy, I would have given 5 stars, but I was asked my name, and date of birth several times. But overall enjoyed it.

I seldom get screened out or disqualified as long as you are consistent with the profile questions, and surveys give out a decent amount of points. Also, you can easily finish about 3-4 surveys per week. A good app for passive income. Highly recommended.

Surveys tend to be well presented, not too long and the rewards acceptable. Can't ask for much more!
Easy language, easy instrument and the instrument related to my experience.
There are plenty of surveys to do, but some take quite long for the incentives offered (especially the “Premium” surveys), and adding up points for rewards takes time. However, the surveys are fun to do when you have time.
taking too long to get payment..very unreliable.i have waited a month and still processing. this happen everytime and on this platform only. other platform very quick to pay.

There are very good qualifying surveys with great rewards!
I did a radio Listening survey that amounts to a total of 12000 points few weeks ago but I never received those points they keep on sending me the link but I've done the survey.
They have paid me 3 times already since joining 5 months ago. Two of those were credited (via paypal) almost immediately. One took over a little over a month. But it's all good.
THE SURVEY IS GREAT, BUT THE ARRIVAL OF REWARDS ITS TAKE SO LONG YOU NEED TO FOLLOW-UP AND FOLLOW-UP. Please do something about the arrival of rewards.
