We stayed December 16-21at Secrets The Vine Cancun, the resort exceeded our expectations. The staff showed excellent customer service, Armando in the Blue Water steakhouse was phenomenal. We had him several times throughout our stay and our last night he made a special dinner just for us with help from the chef Amalto. They both made us feel exceptionally special that night. During the breakfast and lunch buffet, Pedro was our waiter and was amazing. Pedro was very polite, taught us some Spanish, and our last day made us something special for breakfast before our flight. Isaac from the Sea Salt Grill was also exceptional. Secrets The Vine made our stay more than we could have ever asked for. All of the staff are so friendly, helpful, and will do anything for you. The resort was extremely beautiful and clean. We would recommend Secrets The Vine to anyone looking to travel to Cancun, and we will definitely be returning.

Great Hotel, well located, friendly, all personnel always are looking for help you and make things easy. Room is clean, confortable, and bathroom shower is great with hot water all time. Congratulations to all staff that work in this hotel.
when it comes to a leader on travel advise, we all think of this company. it has set the standard.
Since the change of the format to focus on hotel rentals, I feel the page is less credible than it used to be. It lends me to believe that TA prefers to sell room nights than get solid reviews from people. It leads me to believe restaurants you affiliate with would also have higher ratings. Perhaps I'm wrong.
Great WEBSITE, lots of information. Very useful to find nice places to visit or eat.
