The quality of the 2 sided banner was excellent. The print quality was amazing. The stability of the base will be wonderful for outdoor events will be perfect. And the price was better than anything I could find locally. Thanks!
Thanks so much for the review, Laura! We're so glad you like it!
Can't say enough good things about TRT. Fast, reliable and awesome customer support. Highly recommended!
Thank you for the kind words, Vincent, and for being such a great customer! We look forward to working with you again!
Thanks William! We're happy we could help!
This company made making our banners and table runner so easy! They were so helpful, kind, patient and fast! I would highly recommend!!!
Thanks for the review, Dana! We hope to work with you again!
Really impressed with the quality of the banner. The turnaround time from submission of my artwork to shipment was shorter than I would expect. An excellent experience. I'll buy again.
Thanks for the review, Gordon! We're so glad to hear it!
My first time designing and procuring a roll-up banner. Great: Thorough information on website, fast processing time. OK but could be better: The banner actually had close to an inch more vertical space available than the website indicated (they said 15", but 16" would work if you don't need a bottom margin). A little instruction sheet would have been helpful. On the small (8.25 x 17 inch) tabletop banner, the spring-loaded hinge in the base is so stiff that I did not figure out how to open it to deploy the banner without doing some unnecessary disassembly. Would be nice to have a little more opacity in the banner material. My background color is light and somewhat pale, so this probably would not be an issue with bolder colors. In all, I'm very satisfied. Too bad the conference I was preparing for got cancelled. :-(
Thanks so much for the review and the feedback, Randy! We will definitely look into how we can provide clearer instructions about that product. We're so sorry to hear your conference got cancelled but hope your banner will serve you well in the future.
Great to work with. Quality product. Have used them a few times!`
Thanks for the review, Marshall! We look forward to working with you again!
The product I received is a smart case podium shipping container. There were only 2 places to purchase online, and TRT Banners was the lowest price. They also have great communication with me. The product itself is very well made. I will be looking for specialized items on this site.
Thanks for the review, Joseph! We're so glad to hear it!
Great work! Excellent communication and speedy delivery at a fair price. These banners are perfect. Will recommend to all our friends!
Thanks Chris! We're so glad to hear it!
Loved everything About Our Order
Thanks for the review, Colette! We're so glad to hear that!
Dave Krotseng was amazing to work with! We went back and forth quite a few times about the resolution of my proof. He sent me corrections I didn't even notice when I sent the original over to him. He also sent over screenshots of the areas that needed adjusting. Once the process was finally complete, I felt confident with how my print would turn out, because Dave took the time to look over my proof again and again. Excellent Service! I can't wait to work with him again.
Thanks for sharing your experience, Berkeley! We look forward to working with you again as well!
The carry bag I purchased for my pop-up canopy was high quality and will out last my canopy. The canvas material is thick and the stitching on the bag is well done. It is roomy and will hold a 12 ft. by 12 ft. canopy. There is a large pouch for stakes and other accessories. The roller end of the bag has a metal base plate for extra strength and durability. If you want a bag that will last, this is the one for you.
Thanks for the review, David! We're so glad you're happy with your bag!
Great service. Had a little trouble with the file upload, but service and delivery was prompt. Would recommend.
Thanks so much for the review, Tobie! We hope to work with you again!
Thanks David!
Fast & Easy Service. Product looks great.
Thanks for the review! We hope to work with you again!
TRTBanners knocked it out of the park! The banners turned out fantastic and everybody who saw them were extremely impressed. The best part, however, was their turn around time! We needed 19 different banners for an event we were having and were told that the estimated delivery of the banners would be a day before the event but they arrived a day early giving us plenty of time to set them up! It is truly refreshing to work with such a high quality and professional company!
Thanks so much for sharing your experience, Nick! We're so glad we were able to help and hope to work with you again!
Thanks Andrea!
Have done 3 banners with TRT so far. Will keep using them. Very prompt and nice quality.
Thanks for the review, Deborah! We look forward to working with you again!
Though, it was a little glitch in the beginning, TRT Banners showed a very high level of professionalism and everything was fixed. The quality of the banner and the service is amazing. I will be coming back again.
Thank you, Dmitry! We're so glad to hear it!
Sent TRT "unuseable" artwork. Their graphic designer Kiya Jones worked with our concept and quickly put together a comparable banner, It shipped out on a Friday and arrived in my office Monday morning, 2 days before promised. I will deal with TRTBanners again!
