As a loyal satisfied customer
As a loyal satisfied customer, I did not feel like my RUSH order was accommodated for with follow-up actions and consideration. Communication was lost between several emails and phone calls from different service representatives. In the end, our order was not received when originally expected.
Reply from TRTBanners2020-02-24
We are very sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the level of service we strive to provide our customers. We should have communicated more clearly in order to meet your expectations and get you your product on time, and for failing to do so we sincerely apologize. A member of our customer service team will be reaching out to you to see if there's anything more we can do.

A pretty painless experience
A pretty painless experience. I did have an issue submitting my design files, but was able to get help by calling customer service. Please make sure your file submission platform works, and next time, I will give you a 5-star review.

First Time Order
From the first time I saw your product last year I was highly impressed. My recent order did not disappoint. Affordable, high quality and a very fast turn around. I placed the order on Thursday and received it on Tuesday. I will definitely be recommending TRT Banners in the future and getting my needs fulfilled there.
