The service is great. We get the equipment quickly and without any problems. For the price is the quality totally fine. Sometimes a few articles are not available. It’s not a big problem but you have to wait a few weeks.
Thanks so much for your feedback, regarding the restocking of items, we'll try to improve our timing re: this process and hopefully stock will be better managed going foward, thanks!
Brilliant product, unbelievable value, fast delivery. Thank you
Glad you were able to get your lighting fast, local warehouses def. make things a lot easier!
I now have 8 fixtures from Uking and love them. I am planning to send pics to the VIP site when my setup is complete. Almost there….
Thanks for the kind words, welcome to the fam!
I bought a set of two moving head lights from UKing. One of them makes a belt noise and shifts out of position. The other arrived without the LED logo on the head of the fixture—two items, two defects.
So sorry to hear you're having issues with your product, if you contact us via our social media pages or official website we'll look into your issue and try get it resolved.
Not impressed at all with IMPORT TAXES ..SHOULD BE A WARNING BEFORE PAYING FOR GOODS
Thanks for the feedback. Generally import taxes may occur when ordering products outside of your local region. We'd suggest buying only from our local warehouses to prevent this. We'll look into trying to stock more options in the area you're based in, thanks!
