My experience with Ultimate Mats was great from ordering to delivery. The mats fit perfectly, feel high quality, and instantly made my car look cleaner. Definitely worth the price for the quality you get.
BEST customer service! The water hog mats were as described and do a great job of catching outdoor junk my two rescue dogs love to bring in. I will absolutely order from Ultimate Mats again!
Thank you so much for the kind words—and apologies for the slow reply. We’re thrilled the WaterHog mats are doing their job (even with two adventurous rescue pups tracking things in). We appreciate your support and can’t wait to help again whenever you need us. If you ever want care or sizing tips, just let us know. —David, Owner at Ultimate Mats”

The ultimate mats company is amazing to work with. Quality product, quality customer service. The person I dealt with, David, went above and beyond. He gave me guarantees that most wouldn’t. He assisted me in finding the right mat and it looks great! We had one problem with the mat sliding because of the type carpet it was on. We desired to keep the mat and not return it so he helped me find a solution to fix the sliding mat. That is exceptional customer service.
Thank you for the wonderful review! I’m thrilled to hear your Super Berber Entry Mats looks great and that we found a solid fix for the sliding on your carpet. We believe in standing behind our products and making sure you’re taken care of from start to finish, so I’m glad the extra guarantees and guidance were helpful. If anything else comes up or you need help with another space, I’m here for you. Thanks again for choosing Ultimate Mats!
Too soon to review. So far so good.
A good assortment of reasonably priced mats. The rug was delivered on schedule, and the ordering process was easy. For the price, the quality is respectable, and the colours roughly matched the pictures.

When looking for new entry rugs, I came across the Super Berber carpet rugs. I liked that it is for high traffic areas, indoor/outdoor and didn't have the high ridges like our old rugs; that were problematic when vacuuming. When comparing the price to what I found on another site, Ultimate Mats had the best price. They are custom cut for each order so I understood why the shipping may take a few weeks. The website is user friendly making it very easy to place my order. Thank you for making our lobby look fantastic.
Thanks so much for the awesome review! We’re really glad you’re loving your Super Berber rugs and that they’re working perfectly for your lobby. It’s great to hear our site was easy to use and that you found the best price with us. We appreciate your patience while your custom mats were made — totally worth the wait! Thanks again for choosing Ultimate Mats!
