Save your money. It doesn't work, and they take your money, claim it's unlocked, and then ignore you when it isn't unlocked.

Initially, it required numerous email attempts merely to receive an acknowledgment of my inquiry regarding the issue with receiving my item. The first two emails were returned undelivered, indicating that my address had been blocked. When I eventually managed to make contact through their website, their response offered no explanation. I repeatedly communicated my uncertainty about the duration of the unlocking process, as they failed to provide any updates. I also attempted twice to submit a support ticket via their automated system, but both attempts were unsuccessful; the AI chat system reported that it could not locate my order. Although my email was associated with an order, the chatbot was unable to open it at that time. These occurrences raised significant concerns, which were justified. Subsequently, I received a message notifying me of delays, accompanied by an apology and a promise that the unlock would be completed by the following Monday. As anticipated, the following Monday arrived, and I received an email stating, "Your phone has been unlocked automatically and remotely. Simply follow the instructions within this email.” The instructions detailed how to verify the unlock by inserting a SIM card from another carrier, which I understood clearly. However, despite following these instructions precisely, the phone remained locked to the original carrier. I provided a screenshot clearly showing the phone’s locked status and inquired, "What should I do now?" Yet, my messages were disregarded repeatedly. I sent four emails in total without receiving any response. In summary, their service is completely unreliable. I advise against spending your money with them. They fail to respond and the entire process appears to be a scam. My phone remains locked, and it is likely that yours will too. One final note: I have retained screenshots of the initial delay notification as well as the subsequent email asserting the phone was unlocked, despite the contrary reality.

FAKE UNLOCK CODE PROVIDER

After waiting 10 days i received unlock code. But it did not work, and I spent my half date for proving it by sending videos/screenshots to them for taking refund. Then technical department sent message that they actually could not unlock it. If they failed to unlock, why did they send FAKE unlock code?! Entering wrong codes can brick the device.

Well it was easy to navigate to the services I needed. I didn't like the answer I got back especially since I couldn't be helped with my issue.. But that was my fault buying the phone from a 3rd party.. I wouldn't recommend buying any phone from any place except the phone store.. these days blacklisted phones are being sold to dummies like me but I have unlockriver.com to thank without them I would have never known
