Very efficient and cost effective way to move. We moved our household items in the Upack Trailer and were very happy with the cost and delivery time - both at the time they delivered the trailer and the pick up time. The driver who picked up the trailer at the delivery point was very helpful and professional.
Great overall experience with transparency and friendliness from the phone consulatants and ABF drivers! They were able to provide every document I needed for my military move with a simple phone call! Would definitely recommend and use U-Pack in the future.

We moved from California to Tennessee and we had no damage. I was surprised! We drove a U-Haul a month before and had more damage and it cost twice as much. We used 2 trailers, and they picked up and delivered as promised. I wish I new of them sooner! Thanks ABF/ UPack!!!
U-Pack was a life saver solution when moving from California to Florida. The Relo Cube sent to me was all we needed to send our belongings. Reliable Service once it arrived in Orlando I was already in Florida as soon as I had my new home the Relo Cube was sent to my address and picked up after unloading. I had an outstanding experience with U-Pack for my move from California to North Carolina. From the very beginning, their customer service was exceptional. Initially, I booked a Relocube, but after it was delivered, I changed my mind and decided to use a trailer instead. U-Pack picked up the Relocube at no additional charge and delivered the trailer the very next day—also with no extra fees. The entire process was handled smoothly and professionally. They estimated that my belongings would arrive in 7–9 business days, but everything was delivered safely in just 6 business days. Their communication throughout the move was excellent, and they kept me informed every step of the way. I also booked HireAHelper through U-Pack, and that service was outstanding as well. The movers arrived on time, worked efficiently, handled everything with great care, and communicated clearly during both loading and unloading. Another thing I really appreciated was that U-Pack gave me nearly 2 extra feet of trailer space without charging me anything extra. That was a huge help and showed they truly care about their customers. Overall, I am extremely happy with U-Pack’s communication, flexibility, fair pricing, and outstanding service. They made our cross-country move much less stressful, and I highly recommend U-Pack and HireAHelper to anyone planning a long-distance move.
I ordered two relocubes to move from Denver to Albuquerque. The cubes arrived in the time window given and placed exactly where I asked them to be. Everyone I dealt with communicated very well and there were no surprises. I chose U-Pack due to price and flexibility of drop off and pick up days, as well as the shorter time to wait for the arrival of the full cubes at my new apartment (2-4 business days). They also picked up the cubes once emptied the next day. They took up two parking spaces at my complex, and as parking is limited, the quick pickup of the empty cubes allowed my neighbors a shorter duration of inconvenience. I will use them again!
Using U-pack was awesome. Their scheduling was spot on. The pod was dropped off and picked up exactly when needed. I was use them again!!
ABF in Portland was exceptionally flexible to help me move my belongings across the states. They allowed me extra time when it was discovered by chance, that the movers I had hired and treated extremely well, had stepped on and damaged all kinds of my items. From antiques discussed at time of packing from my home, to how I had just completed a major renovation on two end tables and a coffee table, my grandchild's kitchen set that I color cordinated with other play structurws, used as a stepping ladder and broken beyond repair. A glass framed cabin I put fairy lights in and pinecones to give it a softly glowing night light that one person informed me they broke one pane out of. I let them know it was ok, but then diacovered before departure they broke all but one, and these were just at the gate end of the trailer. When I reported to ABF the movers had finished, they came out to close the bay doors, and one chair was packed tighly on the 14' mark, meaning they could not secure the rest of the load and qould have to charge me 16'. I then let them know I felt the movers damaged so many things to possibly blame the cross country drive for and pointed out these few things. I was informed if I could repack to below 14', my load would be more secure and I would be charged at 14 not 16'. They let me stay extra late while I waited for help and started to unload to assess more damage, which was discovered. When my help arrived, we repacked it. My help left and it was after 10pm with the trailer scheduled to leave the next morning. I all of a sudden got scared about climbing down from the trailet and was frozen until the night manager helped me down and made sure I felt safe. The delivery arrived extremely fast, expected 28/29 came 4 days early. They held the trailer at the hub unril I made it to town without extra charges. Larry M was the driver and was so kind and patient, he could tell I did not understand how the trailer backed up on the driveway and the lift being high. He took the time to show me, then parked it on the street, a much sounder choice. The only minor issue I had was pick up of the empty trailer, due to a short staff issue. I highly recommend ABF, every interaction was flexible, thoughtful, kind and professional. Not one person let me down, neither did the pricing. It was extremely fair.
We used U-Pack for a cross-border move from Florida to Toronto, and it was incredibly easy and affordable. We actually loaded and unloaded two containers ourselves, but that's all; they take care of the rest. The included month of storage gave us plenty of time until we moved into our new home.
These guys were great. First time moving ourselves, and it could not have gone better. We reserved a trailer several months out because we were moving in peak season, and the driver called me the scheduled morning to talk about delivery times - apparently some people call the origin office to schedule, but I missed that part of the directions or something. The driver was super nice and had no issue getting on base; we coordinated his arrival and I met him at the gate because of all the extra security measures. He showed us how to set up the ramp and place the bulkheads, and I told him we'd probably be ready for pickup a day early. When I confirmed the night before, he was there the next afternoon and the trailer headed out. I called the destination office four days before the beginning of the arrival window and they were super nice - guy told me where it had last checked in and what stop he was waiting on, and assured me that even though he couldn't confirm anything until his drivers had physical possession, he would still keep an eye on it. He called me back on the first possible day of the window and said they had it on the lot and would send it out the next day sometime, and then called me the following morning at 0630 to see if I could accept an 0800 delivery. We had our stuff first thing and got the trailer unloaded at a nice slow pace. I submitted the pickup request online on a Sunday afternoon and they came and got it Monday evening. Super responsive and helpful all around, and I really appreciated the timeliness. Individual drivers were all very professional and courteous.

From beginning to end, every single person I worked with was kind, patient, flexible, and genuinely focused on making what is often a stressful experience as easy as possible. My journey started with Aquiles, who helped me book my move. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process feel effortless. Unfortunately, due to unexpected health issues, I had to reschedule my Relocubes multiple times. I was worried it would become a complicated (and expensive) ordeal, but the entire U-Pack team was nothing short of incredible. They accommodated every change with kindness and understanding, never making me feel like I was inconveniencing anyone. I also want to recognize Jesse, Ben, Jack, Anthony, Clark, Eric, Twana, and Dee. Every person I spoke with was professional, compassionate, and truly cared about helping me. It's rare these days to find such consistently outstanding customer service across so many different employees, but every interaction left me feeling valued and supported. To top it all off, U-Pack even allowed me to keep my Relocubes for three weeks while I dealt with my health situation, and despite all of the scheduling changes, they didn't charge me anything extra. That level of flexibility and customer care is almost unheard of today. The move itself couldn't have gone more smoothly. Everything arrived exactly as expected, and the entire experience was completely stress-free thanks to the amazing people behind it. The experience from beginning to end was great! The customer service agent was helpful with answering all the questions I had about moving across country using the U-Pack Relocube and ultimately I decided to use them. Pricing was upfront and clear. The equipment arrived at my original location on the scheduled date and was delivered at the moving location with the guaranteed delivery date. I recommend for cross country moves.
Positives Even during peak season I was able to speak with a someone and get my questions answered. Everyone was very kind and professional throughout the move. We had one small bump in the road and that was resolved in less than 30 mins. They are accommodating with scheduling, pick ups and small adjustments. Negative Only negative that I noticed was that we used the entire truck which is labeled as a 28 foot truck but really only has 27 feet of usable space but we were still charged for 28 feet. Outside of that I would recommend this company to friends and family.
This is an incredibly well run company and that’s particularly impressive because I expect that the operation is a very challenging one. They have my total confidence. This was my second time using them and I’ll be using them once again next month for the final portion of my move from San Diego to Southwest Washington.
This is our 3rd long distance move with U-pack (FL to TX, TX to OH, and OH to FL). They have done a fantastic job each and every time! Customer service is excellent. The agents are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Billing is convenient and service is priced well. They are very reliable, with drop off, pickup and delivery all on time. I appreciated their service enough to write this review and highly recommend this company!
I tried other companies but their cubes/pods required more space than I had in my driveway and most cities do not allow them in the street. U-Pack to the rescue. Not only did they have a cube that fit in my driveway they were less expensive than the other options. The unit was delivered and picked up when promised and their drivers were friendly and helpful. The same can be said of their drivers at my destination. The staff I spoke to in arranging pickup and delivery were friendly, and professional. Overall the process was easy and hassle-free.
