Load came on time and was picked up same day. It was supposed to arrive to destination on 7/8 but arrived on 7/3!!! We were so happy it arrived safely and quickly!! The all process was fast and smooth

Incredible experience!
From the drop off of the pod through the transit and then arrival to location to unload then re-pick up from that site everything was perfect. Timely, pleasant folks to work with, and great care of our belongings! This is our second time using U-pack and both times awesome experience.
They were promptly on time
They were promptly on time, very easy to communicate with Brian delivering my container in Mi Joe delivered to my new address and he was also great We finished in 3 hours unloading. I notified them early enough that it could be picked up same day. Great experience
We had a long household move
We had a long household move we were dreading,Pennsylvania to the Oregon Coast in June 2026. We did extensive research & U-Pack, a company we hadn't heard of, showed up #1 in multiple places & they seemed to fit all our needs within our budget.Being cautious,I did more research on U-Pack & I can honestly say, first hand, this company is for real! From my 1st call to customer service to learn how their system works,to the last driver who dropped the truck at our doorstep in Oregon & all those in between, it was a great experience. They are so easy to deal with, they saved us money, relieved our worries & took a huge weight off all the stress moving brings. I cannot express how happy and thankful…
I cannot express how happy and thankful for finding upack. My cousin is older and lives 20hours driving time from where her storage unit was located. She actually dumped the task of cleaning out the unit and figuring how to get the items to her. Upack was wonderful and cost effective every encounter I had with customer service ,drivers , knowing exactly what my charges were , when the trucks were going to arrive for pick up and drop off I could keep going on and on . I would definitely recommend this company
Setting up everything was easy
Setting up everything was easy, even scheduling a truck at the last minute. Dispatch was great in helping me arrange to have one truck picked up and delivery another one. We moved from Arizona to Georgia.

Overall our U-pack experience was very positive, communication was good, pricing was competitive, trailer was delivered, picked up and delivered to our address 1300 miles away on the scheduled date. Our only complaint was the 12 hour window on the delivery in Punta Gorda, it would have been better if it was a 4 hour window. Keep up the good work!
Large trailers and fair price
Great service, large trailers, somewhat timely drivers depending on location. Saved my family a considerable amount from going with the large corporate movers. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with U-Pack/ABF during my move from San Diego to Ottawa. The support at both at the origin and destination were fantastic and went above and beyond to help facilitate my move and assist as much as possible through every step of the process, including an amazing team which helped immensely with every step of customs. For anyone moving, I would absolutely recommend U-Pack, on top of quoting me significantly less than any competitor, this quote was by far the easiest and hassle free to see, I didn’t have to call and was able to see online, immediately. It was the obvious pick, and that was even before I was fully aware of the support and services they provide that were already included. I’ve moved about a half dozen times in the past decade, U-Pack/ABF made this move easier, faster, and smoother than any other move I’ve done. I genuinely cannot fully express how amazing my experience with U-Pack was, this move was significantly further and more logistically complex than any other I had done before, U-Pack/ABF made this move free of stress entirely. By far, this is the best service I have ever received within the realm of transportation logistics, it may quite possibly be the best service I have received out of any company I’ve ever encountered. 11/10
Excellent service
We debated between hiring movers got a bunch of quotes but the more we looked into it, the more all the moving services started to feel like a scam. Last minute decided to pack ourselves and rent a u-pack and it truly was a great choice. Great customer service and support for a very last minute move. Communication was timely and reliable. Delivery dates were kept as promised. It also was the best price compared to similar companies. Will always recommend this service 👍🏽

I am so so glad we went with UPack. Head over heels better option than Pods price-wise and customer service-wise. I appreciated the transparency with pricing. Pods gave us the runaround with pricing and coastal moving was very pushy. The drop off was simple. We had ample time to load up. Arrival was prompt and they were willing to work work with us if we need an extra few days. The ABF folks were so nice and helpful too. Super kind and patient as we decided on the right placement to unpack. The price was also great! HIGHLY recommend UPack!
U pack was pretty good to work with except for Tony
U pack was pretty good to work with and affordable. We liked most of the experience other than the final stages when we were getting the trailer delivered. Tony who covers the area we moved to here in TN was an absolutely rude man. Condescending and sarcastic. Horrible experience working with him.

U-pack was very helpful and responsive in their work to help set up my move. Cubes delivered on time, placed appropriately, picked up on request, stored as needed, and delivered without damage or issues. Pricing was appropriate and crews were excellent.

Made moving almost enjoyable!
We moved from Alaska to Texas and when moving companies charged us $19K we looked elsewhere. U-Pack Moving exceeded our expectations! They always responded immediately to our questions or concerns, they delivered the pods when they said they would. When it came time to pick them up they accommodated us by getting them a few days early. When we arrived in San Antonio they delivered the pods to our doorstep the day after we called them! Every employee was courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Only one item we packed was broken and we had 3000 pounds of belongings! I would use them again in a heartbeat if I needed to move. 5 stars!
