They helped me when I was abandoned by reckless moving company. They were able to provide me with a trailer in the same day with flexible schedule. I found their office in Elgin, Il more organized than their office in Greer,SC. Would be great for UPack to have some kind of insurance for the load. Overall, I recommend them.

I had a great moving experience with U-Pack. For the first time, I received a credit for not using the entire container, even though I rented the full space for my move. That was a pleasant surprise and shows how fair and customer-focused the company is. The entire moving process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. I highly recommend U-Pack to anyone planning a move, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Everything went so smoothly
Everything went so smoothly! No payment needed at all until the trailer was picked up from my property. The price was definitely among the best I could get too! I strongly recommend using U-Pack for any big moves.
Excellent service and great experience
It was a great experience the U-pack staff at customer service were wonderful and explain everything how it works. I was over my booked size, I called the customer service and they adjusted the size to what actually I have loaded, even they rounded to smallest foot. I was very happy that reduced my total price. Anytime you call there is somebody to answer. Thank you so much. I moved from Houston to Calgary Canada, it was a great experience. At the arrival the truck came and park at front of the house, unloaded and call them to pick up the next day. Some items are little damage but it’s not related to U-pack it’s how you pack and load. I will recommend u-pack and I will use them for my next move.
The U-Pack Move pro and con
The U-Pack people were great, very helpful and answered all questions throughout the process. However, I had some issues with ABDthe transport company they use. They gave me a drop off time between 8AM to noon. I arranged help to load , trailer never showed up until 4:30 PM. Had to let our help go after waiting hours and finding out they would not be here till the end of the day when the trailer arrived in Phoenix they told me it would be dropped off the day I chose. I had my choice of two days between 8 AM and 8 PM and would give me a one hour notice. I was not in the city, it was arriving and Ann. Had to have someone on standby for 12 hours because they couldn’t ask narrow down the time to a smaller window again you pack was great ABF not so great.
Long-distance move made easy!
I made the move from St. Pete, FL to Chicago, IL and had multiple moving quotes spamming my phone and email with exorbitant prices and ambiguous delivery times. When I called UPack, I got straightforward prices, guaranteed drop-off/pickup dates, and no 24/7 spam calls/texts/emails. I hired movers movers on both ends to load and unload and the process couldn’t have been easier! Thanks, UPack!
Beyond impressed with U-Pack
Beyond impressed with U-Pack. I am glad I used U-Pack for my move to US from Canada. Highly recommend them for anyone who are considering for cross country move. Great customer service, fair rates and fast transit times.
Best move yet
This is my tenth move. I’ve done everything from U-Haul to Full-service professionals to Pods and now ABF. Entire experience from start to finish was great. More affordable and flexible than Pods. Reservation process was quick and easy. Delivery and pick ups were on time. Drivers were friendly. They even accommodated a schedule change so I could attend a funeral. Only challenge with ABF is the height of the truck…need to have sturdy, crush-proof boxes and some serious Tetris skills to make good use of the space.
Easy, Timely, and Cost Effective
Easy communicating, on time for everything, and they did exactly what they said they would. Drivers were all super nice and helpful if we had questions regarding the ramp or barriers in the trailer. Would absolutely use this service again, not to mention half the price of every other options.
Better than the other guy
I tried one of the competitors for a cross country move, they wanted an arm and a leg. Upack gave me two for a few dollars more, just a few for what the other guy charged for one. They delivered the empties on time, picked them up when I was ready, transported them to where I wanted them. Two thumbs up 👍.

Expensive but good moving option.
I was thankful to have locked in the rate back in December for my July move. The associates were helpful and courteous. I would definitely say the price was higher than necessary and I had to track down my own belongings because it was handled by two different companies sub contracted by UPack. But other than that the move went well and I got everything delivered in 24 days. They had to travel about 5,000 miles so all in all I would recommend this service and I would use them again if I couldn't move my belongings myself.

We had a really great experience with Upack. We expected to pay a ton more for our move then we ended up paying. The truck came VERY clean and all the drivers were friendly and very helpful navigating our old and new neighborhoods. You do need to be able to do all the lifting and packing yourself (or get friends to help) but since we were able, we would definitely use them again.

Maybe the best customer service operation I’ve ever experienced. The reps are always available (minimal wait time) and they are super helpful, patient and friendly. Plus, the move went very smoothly and the pricing is transparent and a good value.
