True Customer Service Challenge
I believe that I am a huge Customer Service challenge! The reason for this is my vision problem. I have Macular Degeneration, and I am losing my eye sight. That makes it very difficult sometimes, when I need some help. I needed some assistance to get back into my Mail Box account, so I contacted the help line. My Agent was Nam-Anh. I want you to know that it seems like his patience seems to be endless. It took about a week of emails back and forth. I kept saying that I had followed all his directions, but nothing was working! I just could not see what he was telling me! Finally this problem was solved, and I was more than appreciative of the incredible patience shown by Nam-Anh. You never really know who you are dealing with in Customer Service! I worked Customer Service for years and his patience and kindness are very much appreciated!

I spoke to one representative at the end of October and understood that I stopped the service at this conversation. Received a bill in December and when questioning I was told I had to cancel it online. I use your service every year cfor 6 month and, as a loyal customer I expected a jest of at least credit the 2 month I paid for to the next time I use you. But heard nothing. Very disappointing!

Rerouted shipment
Recently I had a shipment that I had to reroute due to some unusual circumstances. Nam-Anh provided prompt service and the shipment arrived a day early with all my mail intact.
