While the oil may smell strong in the bottle, scent performance can vary significantly depending on the diffuser type, airflow, square footage, and scent profile selected—especially in large, whole-home HVAC installations. Some fragrances translate differently once atomized and dispersed throughout a space. Regarding returns, per our policy, opened and used fragrance oils are not eligible for return.
