I had placed an order and I didn't check the address before I submitted it. Once I realized my mistake, I reached out to customer service. A gentleman by the name of Jeff Javier was incredibly helpful, prompt in responding and assisted in resolving the issue. I have my products and loving them.

Love their hotel scents
Love their hotel scents ! I make candles and room sprays and seem to get wonderful feedback when I sample out. Customers say they are impressed on how long the room sprays last in their rooms! Great FO . Wow do they smell amazing!

Don't post orders are sent out after 3 days when it takes a full week to ship even after calling to find out what the hold up is

Unreasonably slow shipping
Takes way too long for Vinevida to ship orders. Labels are made as soon as an Order is made, but they let it sit there for over a week before shipping. Love the products but when I order something I want it as soon as possible. It shouldn’t take 14 days or more to receive an order.

Poison Fragrance
1. The fragrance doesn’t smells like the original Christian Dior Poison fragrance.
2. Asked for an RMA and I was told that no RMA could be given.
3. The Poison perfume from the 1980’s was exquisite. The VineVida version had a strong musk smell.
4. Left a batch for a few days and the smell didn’t change.

The bottle was not as full as I expected it should have been. The oil in the bottle stopped at the top of the label. In my opinion it should have at least touched the curve from the neck of the bottle.

It took like a week and a half to get here, but when it showed up, its ahhhhhhhmazing! And i dont have to use as much as other oils to get the scent throw im after. Im absolutely in love and my house smells amazing. Happy happy happy customer. Very potent fragrance oil

Edit: after one day the diffuser wouldn't connect to my phone. Customer service seemed great at first. Then after a few days of waiting for a solution via email, I contacted them again. They were asking me to try all the same things we covered the first day. Next was to blame my phone for the issue. I fixed it by letting the diffuser go dead, then turning back on. We'll see if it's fixed or just temporary.
Works great, love the scent that is inspired by Westin hotel (#1007)! I can set it to run at a specific time and I wake up to my home smelling wonderful!
