VisaHQ did an excellent job in helping me apply for an e visa. The staff is professional and respond to your concerns quickly. I am grateful for their service.
I appreciate the person very much for the great help during my application for the arrival card.
Very convenient and Menna Salem was very helpful through out the process. Visa was approved within 2 days excluding Saturday and Sunday
Beware! VisaHQ.co is the scam! They will take your money, give the false information and then ignore your messages when you ask for help.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with your experience. We take concerns about communication and transparency very seriously. Our goal is to provide customers with reliable guidance throughout their visa application process, including helping them understand requirements, prepare the necessary documents, avoid common mistakes, and navigate appointment procedures where applicable. Visa processes can vary significantly by destination, and in some cases embassies or consulates require applicants to complete certain steps themselves, such as attending an appointment or submitting documents in person. Our role is to support and guide customers through those requirements, rather than replace government authorities’ processes. We also want to clarify that if a customer feels our level of assistance does not meet their expectations, they are welcome to contact us and request a refund. We stand behind our services and will work with customers to resolve concerns fairly. We would appreciate the opportunity to review what happened in your case and address any specific issues. Please contact our support team with your order details so we can investigate and assist further. Thank you again for your feedback — it helps us improve the clarity of our services and communication.
I had an excellent experience with Visa HQ service. The team was professional, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the process. A special thank you to Adham for his outstanding support and professionalism. He handled my case with great care and went above and beyond my expectations, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable service and exceptional customer care. Keep up the great work!
Thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear that your trip did not go as planned. Based on our records, we contacted you shortly after your consultation was submitted in March and requested the documents needed to review your travel plans. At that time, you let us know that you did not have any questions and would reach out closer to your departure date. When you contacted us again just two days before your trip, we immediately reviewed your case and discovered that your travel documents did not meet the entry requirements. We promptly contacted the embassy on your behalf to explore whether an expedited solution was possible and advised you of the correct requirements. Unfortunately, you chose to travel using documents that we had explained were not sufficient for entry. We understand how disappointing this situation was, but we cannot recommend traveling with documents that do not satisfy the destination country's immigration requirements. Our goal is always to provide accurate guidance and help travelers avoid issues at the border. We appreciate your feedback and remain available if you would like to discuss your case further with our team.
For transparency, i'll be honest from the beginning and say that i haven't used any of their paid services. that said, this has to be one of the shadiest websites i have seen on the internet. first of all, terrible customer service who seem to be annoyed all the time and just want to be left alone. same attitude on whatsapp and their live chat. Secondly they way they word things on the website is misleading. In short, they do nothing. you pay them, you prepare your documents and you go to the embassy yourself to submit the documents. when i spoke to the live chat, the agent put it that way (We provide consultancy and appointment according to general availability) however it's not mentioned anywhere on the website or before the payment that all they do is "consultancy", In fact they word it as if you submit the documents to them and get your visa online and i am 100% sure many people paid them under that assumption only to discover the scam. Anyways If I were to give an advice I would start by saying fire all the customer service representatives and hire professionals, not teenagers who are doing their nails while giving this nonchalant attitude. Maybe the service itself is worth paying for, but How on earth would anyone know that or trust you with that terrible communication?
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We appreciate your transparency and the opportunity to address your concerns. We are sorry to hear that your experience with our communication did not meet your expectations. Customer support quality is extremely important to us, and we take comments about tone, responsiveness, and clarity seriously. We are continuously working with our teams to ensure every interaction is professional, helpful, and respectful. Regarding our services, we would like to clarify that VisaHQ offers different types of visa assistance depending on the destination and application requirements. For services where an embassy or consulate requires the applicant to submit documents or attend an appointment in person, our role is to guide and support the applicant through the process. This includes helping prepare the required documentation, identifying common issues that may affect an application, assisting with appointment scheduling where available, and preparing applicants for the next steps. We understand that the distinction between visa assistance and direct visa issuance can sometimes be unclear, and your feedback about making our service descriptions more transparent is valuable. We are reviewing our website messaging and customer communications to make sure expectations are clearly set before purchase. Thank you again for sharing your concerns. Feedback like this helps us identify areas where we can improve and provide a better experience for our customers.
The customer service is very helpful, fast, and effective. I used it for 10 Visas in the last month or two, and I'm very happy with the results, considering that this process is annoying. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. I had to re-enter some information in the application form that I had already filled in the applicant's profile. This isn’t a big issue for a single visa application, but since I was applying for two visas for four people, it became a bit inconvenient to copy and paste the same information multiple times. With one Visa (Namibia) I experienced some issues when uploading images (passport and photo), as they were initially placed in the wrong fields. I had to delete and upload them again before they appeared correctly. Also, I initially used a company account and added my own email address to receive updates for the applications. However, I didn’t receive any emails—everything was sent to the original account, and they had to forward the messages to me. I ended up creating my own account to avoid this issue. After that, I was the only one receiving email updates for the other applicants as well. I believe each applicant should at least receive the visa approval notification. Thank you!
Dear Enrique, Thank you very much for taking the time to share such detailed and constructive feedback. We truly appreciate your kind words about our customer service and are grateful for your continued trust in us for multiple visa applications. Your suggestions regarding the application form, document upload experience, and notification settings are extremely valuable. We have forwarded all of these points to our IT and product teams for review, fixes, and improvements. We understand how important a smooth and efficient process is, especially when managing multiple applications, and your feedback will help us make the experience better for all customers. An updated version with these improvements is expected soon. Thank you again for your patience, support, and for helping us continue to improve.
VisaHQ was successful in getting my visa in a timely manner and communicated with me questions and additional documentary requests when needed.
I only used VisaHQ because the official government website was down, but I deeply regret it. They explicitly advertise that they review all of your documents and pictures beforehand, promising they won't submit the application if something isn't right. Despite this, my visa was denied with zero explanation. I travel frequently and have absolutely never had an issue getting a visa before, so this denial makes no sense. The absolute worst part is their customer service. When I reached out to ask for answers and figure out what went wrong with the documents they supposedly "checked," they completely ignored me. They are happy to take your money, but when their "expert review" fails, they wash their hands of you. Avoid them and find another way to apply. Order ID: GB893515
We are sorry to hear about your frustration and understand how disappointing it is to have a visa application refused, especially when you were relying on the process to go smoothly. We reviewed your case and would like to clarify what happened. Your Morocco eVisa application was reviewed and submitted following our standard procedures. Unfortunately, the final decision on whether to approve or refuse a visa is made solely by the Moroccan authorities, and we were not provided with a specific reason for the refusal. Like many governments, the Moroccan authorities do not disclose detailed refusal explanations to applicants or third-party service providers. As soon as we received the rejection notice from the Moroccan government, our team proactively notified you on June 18. When you contacted our support team over the weekend asking for additional information, your request was addressed the following business morning, on June 22, with an explanation that no refusal details had been provided by the authorities. We understand that not having a clear reason for a refusal is frustrating, but this decision was made by the Moroccan immigration authorities and was not caused by a document review or submission error from our side. We appreciate your feedback regarding response timing and will continue working to improve our support availability. We are sorry that we could not provide the outcome you hoped for and wish you the best with your future travels. Sincerely, VisaHQ Team
My experience with your visa service was excellent. The process was fast, efficient, and the staff was highly professional at all times. I will certainly recommend your services to others and will not hesitate to work with you again in the future. Sincerely, Ladislao Ndong
I had no success doing this on my own. Then someone recommended VisaHQ. The process was easy and effective. Can’t thank them enough .
Prospective travellers need to be very careful with this company. While their website advertises a straightforward service for a set fee, their actual advice behind the scenes poses a genuine risk to your travel history. When I initially phoned them about a family holiday to France, the agent immediately tried to steer me into "visa shopping"—pressuring me to apply for a Portuguese visa instead, simply because appointments were easier to get. This is a direct violation of Schengen rules. Looking at their verified feedback on other review platforms, this is clearly a systemic business model. I found a recent review on Reviews.io from a customer named Lizalyn openly thanking an agent named Jenny for switching their application from a Spain visa to a Croatia visa just to bypass the appointment backlog. When I subsequently pinned them down via email and asked for written confirmation that they would actually secure a legitimate French TLScontact slot before taking my non-refundable payment, they completely ghosted me. They refuse to reply to the email. It seems they are happy to take your money for basic paperwork, but when you demand accountability on the actual destination or refuse to engage in illicit visa shopping, they walk away. Utterly unprofessional. Update to their response: Let’s be completely clear: what this company smoothly describes as "adjusting travel plans" is an open invitation to commit visa fraud. Advising families to apply for a visa through a country like Portugal or Croatia when their actual holiday is booked for France directly violates strict Schengen rules. The real-world consequences of this reckless advice are devastating. Unsuspecting travellers risk being turned away at the border, deported, losing thousands of pounds, and permanently ruining their travel history.
We are sorry to hear that you feel this way, however we would like to clarify how Schengen visa appointment assistance works in practice. Our goal has always been to help travelers obtain visas in time for their planned trips. Unfortunately, appointment availability varies significantly between Schengen countries, with some destinations having extremely long waiting times while others may have earlier availability. This is why we monitor appointment systems across Schengen countries and discuss available options with travelers. In many cases, travelers have a choice: they can wait months for an appointment at their originally selected destination, or they can adjust their travel plans and apply through a country where appointments are realistically available sooner. This is not about ignoring Schengen rules — it is about helping clients understand the practical options available when appointment delays make their original plans impossible. Of course, if a traveler prefers to keep their exact itinerary and destination without any flexibility, that is absolutely their choice. However, in that situation, travel dates often cannot be guaranteed in advance because they depend entirely on the availability of appointments. We also want to clarify that we do not advise clients to provide false information or submit applications that do not comply with Schengen requirements. Every applicant remains responsible for ensuring their application reflects their genuine travel plans and circumstances. We regret that we were unable to meet your expectations and wish you the best with your future travels.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. We always aim to help our clients complete their visa applications successfully, and we take concerns like this seriously. In this case, we were able to successfully assist with the Benin visa application, even while you were experiencing difficulties accessing your account from Turkey. Our team worked directly with you by email to collect the required information and complete the process. Unfortunately, the Togo visa application could not be submitted because the required government application conditions were not met. The documents provided included a passport photo that did not meet the official requirements, and the required proof of travel could not be provided. Our team explained the issue and offered options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable, but we did not receive a response before this review was posted. We are always happy to work with clients to resolve issues and find a fair solution. We encourage you to contact us directly so we can revisit your case and assist further.
I would like to highlight the excellent quality of the service received. The process was agile, clear, and efficient at every stage. The platform is very user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to use, which greatly facilitates the management of the application. I sincerely appreciate the attention provided and the efficiency of the system, which made this experience highly satisfactory.
This was so easy I couldn’t believe it was real! Struggled with the official gov website but VisaHQ handled it superbly. Very quick turnaround and very easy to use platform.
The support team was great with helping answer my questions and ensure my application was correct and pushed through as soon as possible
The only thing that prevented a 5 star rating was the absolutely frustrating website functionality. It took HOURS to complete it because it often would say the page was incomplete but it would not indicate which field was causing the page to be incomplete (on most websites, if a field is required, it will indicate in red that the field is required). I learned from numerous customer service staff that often fields that were optional still needed some word typed in order to make the form "complete." In addition, there were several times where the website simply refused to accept a selection and the answer could not be changed. I had to work with several customer service reps to get them to change it on their end and even when they made the correction, it would look incorrect on my interface which is rather stress inducing since we're apparently looking at the same form yet see different things. For a process that requires precision and accuracy in the application, this is very stress-inducing as I could never feel 100% confident that my answers were being recorded accurately or that what was being submitted was accurate. If my travel agent had not recommended VisaHQ I would have switched to a different vendor for sure. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating instead of 2 stars is because the customer service reps who respond on the Chat service were amazing - super patient, super responsive, super detailed. They asked the right questions in order to assuage my concerns and get my application fields corrected. It's a shame they have to work so hard because the website interface is so poorly constructed and has so many technical glitches. After hours of laborious back and forth, my passport application was assigned to an agent, Brittany Maramara. She was outstanding. She was incredibly detailed and responsive in her communication, making the back half of my experience so much less stressful. Once I started working with her, I began to feel more confident that VisaHQ could process my application correctly. I greatly appreciate her professionalism, attentiveness and responsiveness every step of the way.
Dear Michelle, Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed and constructive feedback. It is genuinely rare to receive a review that clearly explains both the positive and negative aspects of an experience, and we truly appreciate the honesty. We have carefully reviewed your comments and used your feedback to identify areas where our system could be improved. Based on this, our team has already made updates and the improved version is currently in testing. We expect to roll these improvements out live next week. Feedback like yours helps us build a better service for all travelers, and we are grateful that you took the time to share your experience in such a thoughtful way. Thank you again for helping us improve.
We had a very difficult time getting both of us Visa's to enter Australia and New Zealand. Downloaded Passport pictures many times and we were told to try again..., black backdrop for one county and white backdrop for the other. Took forever! Additionally, we were in a panic while already aboard a Cruise from Australia to New Zealand when we were told we didn't have Visas to get off the ship in New Zealand! Ship told us the Visa was for transit through the NZ airport and NOT a tourist Visa to enter the Country. We were charged for the transit visa ( never reimbursed) and had to quickly apply for the tourist Visa. Ship told us if we don't get this Visa in time.., we must disembark at the last Australia port! We were on the edge of our seats for 24+ hours! Luckily the Visa came through and NCL was able to keep us and we were allowed to disembark once cruise was completed in New Zealand.
Dear Tracey, We are very sorry to hear about the stress and uncertainty you experienced during your cruise. We completely understand how worrying it must have been to learn while already traveling that there was an issue with your New Zealand entry authorization, especially with the possibility of having to leave the cruise. After reviewing your case, we identified that the incorrect New Zealand visa/authorization type was submitted for your travel circumstances. This was our mistake, and we sincerely apologize for the impact it had on your trip. The application should have been reviewed more carefully against your actual travel itinerary and entry requirements. We are glad to hear that the correct authorization was ultimately issued in time and that you were able to complete your cruise and disembark in New Zealand as planned. However, we recognize that the additional stress and emergency application process should never have been part of your journey. We have used this case as a training and quality-control example to strengthen our internal review procedures, especially for travelers with complex itineraries such as cruises, where transit and entry requirements can differ significantly. Thank you for sharing your experience. We appreciate your patience and sincerely regret that we fell short in this case.
Engaged VisaHQ three weeks ago to assist with securing a German visa booking. The experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Our consultant Dina provided no proactive communication throughout the process, with multiple emails going unanswered over a two-week period. She failed to attend the consultation meeting that VisaHQ themselves had booked, despite all documents being in order and ready. The complete lack of feedback or updates meant we missed our trip entirely due to no visa being secured. While we understand that obtaining a visa booking is not guaranteed, the level of service and communication falls well below what any customer should expect, particularly for a fee of 200 euros. Would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
I strongly discourage using this service. It is slow, error-prone, and unreliable. In my experience, it failed to deliver the visa while charging a fee far higher than the cost of applying directly through the official website of the country I planned to visit.
