I still have NOT received by birth certificate that I ordered and paid for on June 3rd, 2026. I must have it now before July 18th.I have tried calling yall MANY times and keep being put on long holds and only to have your company hang up on me after being the 12th in line!!! I have even reordered it last week. I MUST HAVE it asap!

Your service should not include fee for rudhed or expedited orders due to your service having to search records to get the correct information. I found this to be wrong to charge extra and received my ordet at a regular shipping time.
Did not receive any documents after 6 months and refused to refund. Scam and horrible customer service

I can truly say that it was hassle -free. I check with another site and the price was more than $100 for just one document. I used UPS and it was personally delivered to my door, hand to hand. I feel pretty secure, at this point
Vitalchek is a scam I ordered a birth certificate and it says it will take up to 7 days for it to be ready and I can go pick it up and now it's been 4weeks and it's still processing smh I've sent them a few emails to cancel my order and they never responded then I called them 2 times and both times they told me to wait 5 days and it will be ready witch was a lie then I found out you can go to your clerk of court and get it in 30 minutes so you don't have to use these scammers
I found the website difficult to navigate. As a result, I paid an EXORBITANT price for Overnight Shipping that I neither wanted nor received. The shortest possible timeframe was a couple of weeks. Why would I pay extra for overnight shipping that was NOT EVEN POSSIBLE! I felt scammed, especially since this document was ordered and promised to me, for FREE, at the Help Center on Pico after I lost EVERYTHING in the Palisades Fire. That copy NEVER arrived.
My order was filled promptly. I received it within 1 week of order placement. I was pleasantly surprised at how soon I received it.
The order process is straightforward and I received my documents within a reasonable timeframe (2 weeks) from placing my order.

I ordered an older birth certificate. Gratefully The Los Angeles recorder found it so we received the copy. It didn't take as many weeks to receive as they predicted. Still a long wait and an expensive service.
