I still have not recieved my birth…
I still have not recieved my birth certificate that I ordered back in May, 2026. I paid an extra 20 dollars for expedited reciept in which it said within 10 days. So I.am requesting thst the full refund be paid back to me and cancel the original plans for the copy of said certificate.
Rip Off
It's been a month since I ordered a birth certificate for a friend of mine and have not received anything. My friend sent for her birth certificate in March and never got it or heard a word about it. Then she tried it again a week ago and still nothing. All they did was take her money twice and mine once. This is ridiculous that a birth certificate is this hard to get from New York. They took money 3 times without giving what was ordered.

I ordered a birth certificate expecting the long form, but I received the short form. I saw no place to request the long form, or I would have done so. I have ordered before and received the long form, so I was very surprised, and not in a good way. Going to use the short form and hope for the best. 🤞
