When I put in the order for the birth certificate, it said I would receive the certificate in 2 days. It took almost 10 days to received the birth certificate.

My experience with the company was excellent very easy and fast. The only problem I had was when it was delivered when I opened it up the envelope inside of the envelope was bent and ripped so my birth certificate had a 2 inch rip in it

Got order but not happy with it
Got order but not happy with it. On Vitalcheck, they said I would get form that includes time, weight, length. So, I spent $80 only to find out that I have to go directly to Vital Statistics to get that information.
