Took way to long to receive the certificate.
I did recieve my order
I did recieve my order , I didn’t receive the confirmation of it being sent until the day it came to the door. Within a few hours later so that technically worked , it costs a lot more to recieve it within the 5-7 day mark and still took some time . once received and recorded item was accurate, quality was well, and it was placed in a envelope that couldn’t bend so that was appreciated
Very smooth interface and easy to work…
Very smooth interface and easy to work with. Somewhat expensive to expedite. This was due to DMV refusing to accept a valid certificate (68) yrs old. That was used by previous dmv in another state requiring this request. But it is nice to have and it is now in the safe. Thank you

The birth certificate I paid $37 for had inaccurate information. I called, was told that it's up to the state to fix the error, no guarantees that they will.
