I have just bought the roadrunner pro v2. The customer service leading up to the purchase was spot on. Some of these companies won't even hit you back to get the thing sold. So far so good with the sales reassurance and customer service. I hope for an excellent experience. You miss 100% of the shots you don't take. Go for it. Special shout out to Ronnel and Danny for closing me down. I wanted the thing to begin with lol but they made sure I did the thing
Ronnel was beyond helpful and provided such great info to help me troubleshoot a problem with my scooter. Even though they no longer stock these parts, they go above and beyond to get you everything you need from other manufacturers. I wish all customer service experiences could be as nice as this was. Ronnel D. was incredibly patient and did not give up on us after we have went through a process of fixing an issue with an electric scooter I bought from VoroMotors. He was the best ever and I couldn't have been happier with my experience with him. He gets a big thank you from me and my husband!

The Voro Motors rep who worked with me was patient and determined to see my lengthy call through to my satisfaction. He said the tech department would need a picture of the (discontinued) part on my Emove Cruiser that I was needing to replace to make sure they sent me the correct configuration and that it would be compatible with my scooter. My broken scooter was in storage, and I don't have easy access to it to take a quick pic. Vel bore with me while I searched through the last 5 years of my photo gallery looking for an old image of my scooter taken from an angle that showed the details they needed to make sure I got "the right part." After we had signed off waiting for the tech department to confirm that we had identified the correct variation of rear motor hub compatible with my 2021 model, he called me back in only a few minutes with their answer. Again, he called me back after we signed off to clarify a few key changes to my payment instructions unique to "OUT OF STOCK" parts. Vel made sure that I knew what to expect and was set up for success. - Good job, Vel! Thanks a whole bunch!
